SentaiShoujo Update!

Letting everyone know the bug with the Sentai achievement not granting when you get switched to that team has been fixed. There is a known bug with the Hero achievement where it may grant prematurely, this bug will be left as is as this event is just meant to be silly fun, if you get it early ...Good!

For clarity, you should get one for either joining a team or for getting switched to a team. Two ways to get the same achievement!. Minus the aforementioned bug, the Hero achievement grants after you convert 25 people total no matter what team you were on. Final note, it may take up to an hour for the achievement to actually get granted to you once you have met the right conditions.

The event will be turned off June 1st at midnight PDT. Event grants will take place that week for the respective teams.

Ultimate Game Card and Ultimate Points Retiring

Hey Gaians,

We just got word that Ultimate Game Card (UGC) will be retiring later this year. Ultimate Game Cards are in the process of being pulled from all retail stores and removed from online resellers. You will no longer be able to buy Ultimate Game Cards after August 15th, 2014.

The last day to redeem your activated UGC codes will be September 30, 2014. So please remember to redeem your UGC codes before that date.

Related to the UGC product retirement, UltimatePoints (UPoints) will also be shut down. The last day to redeem your UPoints will be September 30, 2014. For more information, please visit the Ultimate Game Card and Ultimate Pay sites at:

Marketplace Misprice Policy

Hello all,

We're formally changing our policy on Marketplace misprices. If you have mispriced an item on the Marketplace, you will have three days from the time you mispriced the item to file a ticket and request a reversal. Any tickets currently in our queue will not be impacted by this change, however, any new tickets filed will be following our new policy. Remember that this is a one time exception per account. Hello, I just wanted to tell you that the bug with Find Friends that granted you far less than 5 million gold has been fixed. It will now grant you the correct amount. Admin PM Reports

Hey all,

We have been receiving a lot of reports against Admin for the Gaia Cash PMs that have been sent out. We certainly understand users want to provide their feedback about the PMs, however, reporting the PM is not the proper way to do it. If you wish to leave your feedback about the PMs, please post your feedback in this thread. Please do not report the PMs as it does clog up the report system. If this happens, we cannot get to your other reports which is a bad experience for everyone. Going forward we will have to close out any reports filed against Admin for these PMs. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
