MY FIRST EVER QUEST - KiKi Kitty Plushie!

So, this is my first time trying to quest for an item. I don't see myself having much luck with this at all but anyway...

I'm currently questing for enough gold to purchase a KiKi Kitty Plushie or you could just donate the plushie itself ;D your choice, haha.

I've seen a lot of quest threads making a lot of progress and a few that get no progress whatsoever.
The thing I don't understand is why people make more progress than others.

Another thing I don't understand is how charities will not donate to beggars but they will donate to questers? Isn't questing just begging in a more civilized manner?

Anywho, I thought I'd take a shot at questing for an item I've wanted for a good while now. I'd really appreciate any form of donation, every 1g matters. srsly.

Hmmm... your first question has me stumped. Although, my friend always sends out a PM whenever she opens anything up, so all her friends come and post in it. It's quite efficient, and a lot of times the friends end up donating.

And the difference between begging and questing, at least in my opinion, is that beggers don't do anything to get gold other than beg. Questers, however, enter contests, play zOMG, and do various other things to earn their gold. They also, of course, accept donations. And they ask for them in a more polite manner. That always helps. 3nodding

I would send a PM to my friends but I created this account back in 2005 and have only recently started playing again so all my friends bar two are inactive players, hahah.

I guess what I said was a mini-rant but you do raise a good point, beggars are quite the annoyance.
