We know Gaia can be a tiny bit daunting for beginners-- and even for experienced Gaians, sometimes-- so we've been working on a brand new help system to guide you through the site's features.

We've already hit the ground running with some video tutorials and a whole bunch of knowledge base articles, so please have a look. You can do all kinds of useful stuff like resetting your password or requesting a new verification email, and you'll be able to manage and check the status of all your account inquiries (from now on-- this won't work on old requests) with the new ticket feature.
