You must follow these.
A failure to do so will result in a warning, blacklisting and banning from the thread or, in serious cases, reporting.

General:
1/ Follow the Terms Of Service, the ToS and Rules and Guidelines.
2/ No begging. There is an application post which you need to follow. Also, do not mention your quest in every post. It can be in your sig or post style.
3/ Donations come from people who are going out of their way to help you. Always say thank you. Always.
4/ Don't quote the front page. Simple as.
5/ Don't stretch the page with large pictures. Use a link.
6/ Try to be literate. No leet or chat speak. Mis-spells are fine, you're bound to see me do it.
7/ No fighting. If you have a problem with someone, even if it's me, take it to PMs. I want this thread to be a nice, friendly place.
8/ No huge post styles, they are really boring to scroll through your post style to read your post. One or two links or small pictures are fine but loads of huge pictures or lots of text don't help anyone.

Advice:

1/ Talk to people in the thread instead of bumping. Bumping is fine if you are on your own but when people are around, chat to them.
2/ Join in conversations. Don't come in saying "Hey!" then when no one responds say "Aww I'm being ignored." There is bound to be someone around, just chat to them.
3/ Be nice. Your donations are more likely to come from people in the thread. So chat to them.

Conserning the applications:

1/ PM them to me. Don't post them in thread. Title the PM "My Application".
2/ Fill in all of the sections.
3/ I will investigate you. Nothing personal. Just to see how dedicated you are to your quest.
4/ Please, please, PLEASE at least post in the thread when you send in an application.

You know you want to be on the whitelist and not on the blacklist.

Warning System:
1st offence = warning
2nd offence = warning and deletion of post
3rd offence = blacklisting

Major offences such as scamming another member will result in instant blacklisting.
If you get onto the blacklist and continue to post in the thread you will be reported.

Scavenger Hunt

Welcome to the scavenger hunt.
This is how it will work, I will post a clue either in picture or word form about an item and you have to name it.
Whenever one item is rightly guessed the guesser gets a prize and a new item is posted.
If the item is too hard you may ask for one clue. If the first clue is a picture, the second clue will be text and visa versa.
You can only have two guesses per item. If you win one round, you may not participate in the next round.
Prizes: for each right guess, a person will get 2.5k or an item of equivilent worth from their wishlist and 5 points towards their score.
There will be as many items as I can fit into a day.

Dice Roll

You may only roll the dice 2 times a day.

Roll 3, 10 sided dice to try and get:
Below 10 or above 20 for 3 points
Above 25 or below 5 for 5 points
Numbers in sequencial order(so for instance 5,6,7) for 10 points
All the same number (e.g. 7,7,7) for 15 points.

I'm hosting an graphics giveaway.

It's all free, all you need to do is post 5 times and then ask for the art.

The Points

If you win a contest you get a certain amount of points towards your score.
The person with the highest score at the end of the current month will win that month's letter.

Intro
I recently had an intrest in profiles and wondered if I could give it a go myself. I was surprised at how fun it was.
So I decided to start up a shop.
I originally had a shop in the Mini Shops but I decided to move it here.
All the trades for profiles need to go to The Wishful.
I have some samples in the next post.
Just inquire in the thread if you're interested.
All of the money generated by this shop will go to this charity.

About the art.

I create all of the backgrounds in GIMP 2.
The art is all mine. Unless stated.

If you have any questions about CSS, the art I do, my profiles or anything related to this shop just post and I'll answer as well as I can.

What it's about:

A person in the thread is chosen each month. This person will be the "Monthly Gaian".
The Monthly Gaian will have impressed me during the previous month. This could be through donations to the thread, donations to other people, being kind in general and droppping by whenever they can.
The Monthly Gaian will have one 'expensive' (20-30k) bought for them, two items off of their wishlist bought and their thread or quest featured in this post.
Also, any profits made through a raffle or other random contest will go to that Gaian.
