7.21.08 - We are open for signatures!

As some of you may be aware, there has always been a forum for the artists of Gaia to gather and discuss their craft. The drawers and painters have the traditional Art Discussion; the poets and literary junkies have the Writers Discussion. Both forums offer these creative minds a place to gather critiques of their work, learn new techniques from their peers, offer tutorials, discuss their role models, and more! But the graphics artists of Gaia have no such facility! WE ARE ARTISTS, TOO. We have just as much to offer each other as they do, in terms of resources and technique discussion, but no place to share! It's about time Gaia provided us with a forum of our own in which to post resources, ask for critique, even hold contests. The graphic art community is a growing population on Gaia and it is not enough simply to have a place in the minishops to sell our wares.

If performing arts, musicians, and even textiles get a forum of their own then so should we!
