personality- Rosado's had his ups and downs, so he's pretty withdrawn. He hasn't lost everything he picked up in the gang, so he's quick to anger, and he hasn't gotten over his betrayal, so he's cautious of love. He's never too happy, he's been through too much for that, but he can be content, if he finds himself in a good place for a while.

history- When Rosado was 10, he followed his father into the gang life, teamed with his cousin because they both spoke spanish. It was a specific gang, more just for terror, murder, and show than for any sort of gain. Rosado specialized in wedding raids, being prided on being one man in a church and not letting a single person escape.

At the age of 19, he raided a church, but he didn't know that one girl was hiding, and let one through, murdering her entire family. Less than a year later, his girlfriend decided he was weak, and turned him into the police. After ten years in jail, he was released, a changed man. He opened a wedding shop, as to never let himself forget, and ended up meeting and falling in love with Emmy.... the girl who escaped.

He's clean shaven (dispite the ref pics) and his hair isn't always covering both eyes, but it almost always covering at least one. His eyes are pinkish, and have the tattoos of the gang on 'em.
