We're working on the problem with trades and gifting and Cash Shop right now; unfortunately, your generosity will have to be held in check until we get this sorted out. We hope to have a solution soon, but it probably won't be fixed until tomorrow earliest.
Update Monday 12:30pm: Okay, Cash Shop is back online, and we cleared up the backlog of cash cards, so if you redeemed a card you should have your GCash + item now. We are now working on marketplace, trading, and gifting. ~pan
Update Monday 12:10pm: We're working on a patch for this right now. The list of things that don't work:
- Cash Shop
- Cash card redemption
- you can buy items from stores, but can't sell them back
- cannot place some items in the marketplace
- one way gifting is disabled for now
- cannot trade some items
- gifts cannot be opened
- cannot open some items in inventory
Update Monday 12:10am: Some errors you might see are "queueitem_failed_record" in Cash Shop, or "2004" errors in stores and while gifting. All of these are related, and are actually the same error underneath. ~pan
