With winter still not relinquishing it's hold to the passing of time, dragons tend to keep themselves indoors during the worst of the weather. The heavy snowfall this year has kept most wizards by the fireside and out of the streets, but many will brave the cold and damp to go see what dragons are available for sale this month.

This is the tentative schedule for this month's event. Although we will try to adhere to this throughout the event, RL may interfere however it sees fit. We'll try to give advance notice in the case of any rescheduling.

10th @ 7 pm EST - Auction 1, Raffle, and Link Contest start
12th @ 8 pm EST - Helper Trivia Game
13th @ 7pm EST - Wizard Meeting Game
14th @ 9 pm EST- Breeding Event
17th @ 7 pm EST - Auction 1 end, Auction 2 start.
20th @ 8 pm EST - Dragon Race Game
22nd @ 9 pm EST - Needy Dragon Game

This month we have two very flashy dragons up for auction with our new decorative feather traits. Please be aware that the only items accepted are monthly collectables or letters at lowest marketplace values, and there will be a ten minute extension if there are bids placed within ten minutes of the auction's end. Proper thread etiquette is expected. =3

Although each dragon will be sold in a game format, a flatsale price of 4k applies to the winner. You may only keep one dragon won through these games yourself, but you are allowed to give away dragons to friends, or play as a proxy for someone else. (Or go ahead and play for fun if you want. ^_^)

This little dragon needs a home where someone will care for her and cater to her every whim. We need to know how much you're willing to sacrifice for this dragon. For this game, you will be required to post and express interest in participating within twenty minutes of the game's start, and will be asked to indicate if you are going to have to leave the game(and not return) before it is over and forfeit.

Instructions will be posted at the game's start, and you will have a half hour to follow the instructions given. After the half hour is up, you will be asked to look through all the entries and place a vote for the one you like best. You won't be able to vote for your own entry though. ^_~

This month there will be two breeding events. The first one will be a breeding between a dragon owned by yourself, and either the male or female shown above which belong to one of our NPC breeders, Raine Ferrier.

This breeding event will be a combination of speed and raffle events. When the event starts we will post a big red notice, and then you may request a breeding with either the male or the female. The first person to post will receive a breeding with the dragon they requested, and everyone who participated requesting the other dragon will have their names included in a raffle for the second breeding.

You will receive one egg from this breeding, and you will be required to pay 5k if you win.

The second event will be a short raffle for regular breeding slots. More information on this will be posted after the first breeding.

The raffle for this Pride affinity dragon will last the duration of the event, and will be drawn after the second auction is closed. Tickets are 100g each, there is no limit to how many you may purchase. Please post clearly when requesting tickets so they aren't accidentally missed.

We've got an extra little dragon here who will go home with someone helpful this month. For the duration of this event (Feb. 10th - 24th) you'll earn a ticket every day for dropping by the thread with the banner and link in your signature. After everything is wrapped up we will hold a special raffle for this girl.
