Post 3 : REQUIREMENTS FOR ASSISTANCE

The Charity has been receiving applications that do not meet the following requirements. Please be advised that if your application is missing any of the following items, it will be denied. The reason for the denial will be posted in the thread as a quote to your application.

1. Provide proof that your account was hacked. Go HERE: Hacking Report to file the report.
Once you file your report, you will receive a reference number. Screen shot that page, and save it to your computer. Upload it, and attach the image link to your application. If you filed your report before reading this, and did not get a screen shot of your reference number do not give up hope. You will receive an email from Gaia Admins and there will be a confirmation number in that email. Provide a link to this in your application instead. No Proof, No donation.

2. You will receive a one time donation of gold and possibly and item or two.

3. DO NOT SEND A TRADE! Approval of assistance will be posted in the thread stating a trade will be sent.

4. Application must be filled out completely. No information left blank. Incomplete forms will be denied.

Management reserves the right to modify the rules as it sees fit.

If you would like to be a Charity Moderator, you must show yourself to be dedicated to the Charity by posting on a regular basis and knowing how the Charity operates, so that if I am not here, you will be able to assist those who may apply or have questions. If I think you are qualified for the position, I will offer it to you.

Volunteers

None at present.

If you would like to be a volunteer with the Charity, please post in the thread letting us know. As a volunteer, you will be expected to post at least once every time you are on Gaia. It's our volunteers that keep the Charity alive and at the top of the Charity forum thread list. Without our volunteers, we would disappear into the recesses of the forum, never to be seen again.
