Welcome to the Soquili 80s Christmas event! All the soquili and familiars are cosplayed as toys you would be given during the holidays if you were a child in the 80s. If you were not alive during the 80s then you will still be surprised to find out that many toys of today were first created in the 80s. It was a decade of the best toys ever! cool

Ice Prince Angeni -OVER-
This incredible soquili colored by Zoo is based off of this month's MC, Snow Witch. He is the legendary Ice Prince of the mountain peaks where his cavern is located. On his back, transparent wings made of ice and snow sparkle but only for two seasons of the year. In Spring and Summer they disappear, leaving this soquili flightless and in hibernation until the first leaf falls in Autumn when the wings start growing back. You get two versions of him: winged and wingless with the requirement that you must RP him as the flying soquili only in the Autumn and Winter. During this time, he has the power to make snow fall to bring cheer to others. He cannot make the snow fall for himself. This power is very limited, maximum one summoning of snow a day. When it snows naturally, he can make the snowflakes thin or thick and fluffy! eek
When Spring or Summer come, he cannot fly and is like a regular soq. This is the curse of the Ice Prince. Legend says that when he falls in love with a beautiful mare (or stallion if the owner wishes) his icy heart will melt forever and the curse will be lifted. He will then be a full fledged Angeni year round but in the Summer and Spring months he can't make snow fall of course. It would melt even before it develops in the atmosphere. surprised (whee that was a long description)

Lemon Merangue loves lemons so much but because of the winter season they are hard to find. She wants to make a giant punch bowl full of lemonade for everyone in the thread but can't until she gets enough. All this week starting December 13th I will post some lemons randomly in the thread and a trivia question about the 80s, maybe more than once. You need to be the first person to answer the question when quoting the lemon in order to collect it. On December 20th, the last one or two lemons will be dropped and afterwards I will reveal the person who got the most. They will get to be LM's owner Make sure you keep track of how much lemons you get. We will have a big lemonade party after LM finishes making it! smile
