hello! i really wanted to make a new thread for avi contests going forward, but this one is very impromptu !!!
just looking for something black/orange for the halloween season! =D
i know ive purchased a bunch of different schemes lately that have fallen into this category, so i hope there is enough to make something fun! n.n

all this information is in the 1st post of the thread as well!
so even if you dont save this post, you can still see it very easily and come back to it ^o^
i hope that makes it easier than last time to see ~

♥ Theme: With Halloween [my favorite!] being later this month, let's celebrate!
♥ I'm looking for anything black/orange [yes you can add another color, as long as it fits naturally and blends with the rest]
♥ Even though it's Halloween, I don't really do "scary" avis, so just something cute or themed or just black/orange is what I am looking for! =D
♥ Check my past avis for inspiration of what I've already done and sorta kinda what I'm aiming towards [but of course do not copy the avis]
♥ Body: Female
♥ Base: Only change skintone/face/hair via items I own
♥ Items: -
♥ Background: I prefer partial/half BGs instead of none/full BGs
♥ Color: Black / Orange / you may add colors but keep it natural
♥ Price: Stay within inventory only
♥ Inventory: Ghost: 17817062
♥ AVOID: Nothing 'scary', I don't really do 'sexy' either
♥ Item Limits: Only use 1 of each item, even if i technically own more of it
♥ Entry Limits: Unlimited entries, 1 avi minimum required

not a huge fan of this one; specifically because i wanted strictly black/orange and while i did say you can add colors, there is no semblance of the original color scheme and none of the colors match each other either
i do love a magic circle though, i think there is an orange circle somewhere in my inventory that could be a focus of an avi doing magic or alchemy which would be neat



i like this one a lot better with the color! =D
its simple but maybe the arm pose could be adjusted to have more life to it
the background additive is cute if its able to be properly matched in the rest of the avi without just using more candles from that event but since the avi itself is orange/black maybe shouldve kept it something similar
i think the legs could be different too, the torso and head have many layers that go together, yet the legs are just static 1 note instead of maybe something with different colored shoes.



i figured people would add white to the color scheme and i was okay with that
but i feel the orange/black majority is a little muddled on this one from the lighter colors
the elements dont really match up; with the striped hat i wouldve preferred strips somewhere else in the avi, but instead its all skeletons, which the colors with the arms dont fully match up either
the 3rd eye + eyepatch look are a cool theme though, but dont seem to really fit here either



overall it would be nice to just see more of the color scheme requested.
the witch themes are cute since its for halloween, however maybe it also threw you off since you tried to fit within a witch theme?
a black/orange avi with no specific theme for halloween was also accepted, so maybe sticking with only that color scheme may make things easier to get a proper balance of color and layering?

the first one i do not think qualifies for this contest at all, but ill send a trade for the other 2
