Hello! I thought it would be helpful to have a place for people to submit their queries in advance for the next Ask the Staff event. Feel free to post your questions here, questions answered will go in OP of the next event. For those of you who's questions did not get answered, you may post your question here.

The announcement frequency has actually been going down. This is mainly with the Gaia Cash / New item announcements, which use to repeat 9 times in one day.

Hi, I have a suggestion that might solve the Lake Kindred daily rewards problem.
If you make the rewards grant every 24 hours in Gaia Standard Time (GST) instead,
then every user can easily get their daily rewards. The reason for this is that
Gaia time (unlike a user-generated-24-hours-countdown) automatically resets
to 00:00 AM every single day, regardless if we login to Gaia or not.

In other words, every user can be sure to find a new reward daily after logging in,
without having to wait for the exact countdown time of the day before. What do you think?

This may sound a bit crazy, but, would you ever consider having a contest for creating the best zmog event? Even though the gaia pop has shrunk, I am sure they are a few computer software designers among the bunch. Perhaps a large sum of gaia cash and bragging rights could make the offer more enticing. New interactive games could bring back those that have left, and encourage new members to join.

We get a Crystal box with any Gcash purchase over 10$

But the items in the box are so out of date its not even worth it. I personally throw my billions of ferrets away and other trash items that come out of the box. (not trying to be disrespectful)

Maybe you can update the items in the Crystal Box to make the box worth buying 10 or more gaia cash.

Are there any plans in the near (or distant) future to give us the ability to trash items en masse?

Also, would it be possible to institute a search function for our Storage units?
