Does this Mimi Neko item exist yet?

The mint and purple Mimi Neko featured here... I already did a search for it but none of the currently available Mimi Neko's are colored like this. Is this a recolor that's not available yet or is it going by a different name that's making it hard to find?

...or is it just so rare it's not in the MP yet?
