I'm vice captain in a guild and I've cut ties with the GC and other VC. I don't want to contact them.

Admin don't do that, typically mods can do that if you cannot contact a captain/vice captain of a guild. But if you can contact them but don't want to I'm not sure exactly where that would stand. Probably best to just PM a mod and ask them really. You can find a list of mods assigned to a forum at the top of any given forum in the green "view forum moderators" link.
