I totally agree. That will most likely to happen. I miss the silly PM's where you can add verbs and nouns. We will probability NEVER have that again.

his work history is in apps and...to be honest, apps dont focus on customer service

Exactly. This is a community-oriented website. So far, all I've seen in Chatterbox and everywhere else basically are angry and frustrated users. I have the app on my phone and from personal experience, I can say that Gaia sucks as an app. emotion_facepalm And really, app based? I see.
