This... This right here was the last straw. I'm not buying anything from someone who compares me, or any of their users for that matter, to addicted lab rats.

What's worse is that is clearly a presentation by the COO with the intent to teach OTHERS to treat their users in this manner.

Personally, I think would favour an all out boycott of any GC purchases for a week.

I agree that we don't want Gaia to die. Heck, I think a large amount of the current anger is not just because we're pissed off about being treated like wallets, but because we also see the current strategy as ultimately killing the site we love(d).

Still, it's become clear (to me at least) that things have gone long past the point where half-measures are going to be effective.

Gaia needs to be told in no unclear terms that we've had more than enough, and we're not happy.

As long as GC from any source is spent on the site, they'll continue along the current path. We need to show them that we can organize and we will stop them if they can't stop themselves.
