Kinda like....I'm in mighigan and we have the Mega Millions. You pay about $1 per line of numbers and for Gaia is could be 10g or 1g or something. Then there will be 6 boxes. You put in the numbers you want to play. They will be entered. At the end of the week say friday Gaia will give an announcement with a post action by rolling dice (that way it is completely random) 6 x 6 so its a normal die.

Those number shown like above would be the numbers that are the winners. anyone matching those numbers and the "mega ball" (which would be the number coming out) they would win the gold prize (whatever Gaia chooses) and all those who get close (5 numbers, 4) get an item from a banned account ( i like that idea.) 5 numbers gets you an item worth 50,000g+, 4 gets you 40,000g worth and so on.

If you match just the mega ball, then you can get either an item from account or gold (your choice)


...this is an amazing idea. Would anyone want to help me open a thread like this? I would hold it in the Chatterbox. People could donate items....and in return for donating they would recieve Gold for their unwanted item (of course this will have to start wayyy later. i don't have the gold to give out ha)

EDIT: Actually using the dice might not work. There are only so many combinations and there is the possibility of having more than one winner (of course)...

Gaia would have to do this because they would invent the special "lottery" system.

Maybe it could be in a guild....and the person who generates the numbers uses the post action in the test forums or such...then we make an announcement in out guild.
