Yuuka Kazami
Flower Master of the Four Seasons
___________
Gilgamesh
The King of Heroes
He was supposed to be dead was he not? A sword through the head would do that to a person normally, but maybe he was just lucky that he survived. That, or he was too persistent to cling on to his own existence. His luck status normally extended just to monetary equivalents, as it was sure to do so if he recovered. A big if really. His entire right arm was gone and he lay down on his back, looking up at the bright sky. He would be able to last a while without a master, but in his present state, he doesn't even have a prana supply to recover. Reverting to spiritual form would regenerate his arm, but that would mean abandoning the flesh and blood body he gained from the Grail... and it would also make his departure from the world hasten without a source of prana. How ridiculous, to think that he'd be reduced to this mess. Hearing a sound close to him, he closed his eyes and concentrated. There wasn't much he can do anyways.
"You are a mess." Yuuka Kazami said, looking down at the man. He had fallen from the sky... or something like that, ruining a patch of Sunflowers where he landed. If it had been deliberate, she wouldn't have hesitated to kill him and turn him into fertilizer for the flowers but... there was something strange about this one.
"And you're not helping." Gilgamesh replied, eyes still closed.
"There isn't much to actually help with, you know? Any longer and you may as well be food for youkai who wander here. Luckily for you, I'm only interested in seeing how long you'll last after what you did to my garden." Yuuka replied.
Gilgamesh felt a little irritated by this. Technically she can help, but that would require making an emergency contract with her. Was he that desperate to do such a thing?
Apparently he was. He could always fix the problem later on after all. "If I were to become your Servant and you my master, would you make a contract with me so I can get out of this mess?" Gilgamesh asked.
"A servant, you say?" Yuuka pondered the thought. He could be useful in keeping guard here, and there was a possibility that there were other threats to the Garden of the Sun wasn't there? "Very well. You've piqued my curiousity."
"Hold out your hand to mine." Gilgamesh said, opening his eyes. When the girl did so, he began to chant. The formalities of a normal contract wasn't needed here. "I hereby swear. Your offering will be my flesh. My new master." he said.
Almost as soon as that finished, a bright light surrounded the two and a burning sensation tore through the length of Yuuka's outstretched arm. When the light cleared, strange symbols appeared at the back of her hand, fading in and out of view. A swirl of magical energy rose up to the sky, signalling the formation of the contract before her newest Servant stood up, feeling invigorated. Gilgamesh now received prana from Yuuka and he had no need to worry about dying completely anytime soon. Able to think clearly now, he took in his surroundings. A strange place to be sure, though certainly better looking than the one he had been in.
