Making the RP

M|aking of the RP -- This RP is based off of the 1st Pirates of the Caribbean, Curse of the Black Pearl. You don't have to follow what goes on in the movies, that's why I created this RP! We change the story how we want it to go on. I'll have a list of all the characters for you to pick from, and you'll just start off like it does in the beginning of the movies. If you can't remember it goes somewhat like this . . .

Captain James Norrington (Jack Davenport) of the British Royal Navy is promoted to Commodore. He proposes to Elizabeth (Keira Knightley). Before she can answer, her over-tightened corset causes her to faint and fall off the rampart into the bay. The medallion she is wearing emits a pulse.

Pirate Captain Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) has arrived in Port Royal to commandeer a ship. He rescues Elizabeth, but Norrington recognizes him as a pirate and he is arrested. He threatens Elizabeth in order to escape and ducks into a blacksmith shop where he meets Will Turner (Orlando Bloom), now a blacksmith's apprentice and self-taught swordsman. Sparrow is knocked unconscious and jailed, to be hanged the next day. That night, Port Royal is besieged by the Pearl, answering the medallion's pulse.

We start off right at the beginning when Elizabeth is going to the promotion of James Norrington. Captain Jack is sailing to port on in small vessel. Barbossa is looking for his 882 pieces of gold while the curse is still upon him and his crew. ect.

Elizabeth was awoken by her window being open by one of the maid. She groaned and rolled on her pillow. She wasn't in the mood to wake up, after all today was the day of Captain, I mean Commodore, Norrington's promotion party. Her father had been bugging her constantly that he wanted her to marry him. Yet, she didn't love him, she only admired him. She was already in love with someone else. . ."Elizabeth, time to wake up." The maid said, and gentle nudged her on the shoulder. Elizabeth slowly sat up, and the maid walked out. The 17 year old blonde walked over to the window and looked out. It was a beautiful day, almost like that one back then. . .She walked over to her nightstand, and rubbed the wood. She was about to open it when her father walked in. "Good morning dear." Two maids followed him. "I got this for the Commodore's promotion party today." The governor handed Elizabeth a box, which she eagerly opened. Inside was a beautiful golden colored dress. "Oh father, it's beautiful!" Elizabeth exclaimed, and held it up to herself. A few maids slowly took her by the forearms, and directed her behind the decorated boards to change. "It's the latest fashion in France." As the maids tied the corset, she gasped to breath. It was extremely tight, and overwhelming. She didn't want to disappoint her father though, and the dress was so very pretty. So the young woman just nodded as her father talked. When she was all finished, Elizabeth walked from behind the changing area. Her father gasped slightly and smiled. "Oh Elizabeth, you look stunning." Elizabeth smiled and nodded her head. "Thank you father." Her hair was pulled back into bun, and has a hat on the top of her head. with a ribbon holding it in placed. In her hands she was holding a fan, which she knew she would have to use later on. Her father placed his hand on her back, and lead her out of the room and down the hallway and stairs. "Master Turner will be dropping by with the Commodore's new sword." He told Elizabeth, who just smiled. Her day had just been brightened up.

The ship sail silently across the oceans waves, the black, tattered sails enough to turn other ships in the other direction and it's speed allowing it to get away from everyone. Standing on the stern of this ship was it's captain, the man's large hat shadowing his face from the sun that beat down from above. He was watching as they sailed away from their last prey, watching the small port burn and the ships at dock sink below the waves. The raid had lasted through the night, but the outcome was the same as it always was, the city burned and they got what they had been looking for. Turning on his heels Captain Barbossa walked down the stairs of his ship onto the deck. Many of the crew were busy looking over the riches they had obtained, but none of that was more important then what they were really searching for. Standing he oversaw everything get put in it's place and when they were done the Black Pearl headed out to deeper waters to find their next port. As he stood his first mate walked up to him and waited for his orders.
"Bo'sun. Man the ship."
Barbossa ordered, watching as the man nodded and said 'Aye, sir' before walking up to the wheel and taking over the direction of the ship. Satisfied with how things were going Barbossa headed into his captain cabin and shut the door. Walking over to his desk he sat down and was greeted by the monkey named Jack. Petting him Barbossa sat back in his chair and pulled out a map from the desk. Laying it on the desk he unrolled it and scanned it carefully. The last coin... It had to be somewhere, and he would find it.
