This not just a place to commission me, it is also my art-journal and my request thread.
Producing Random and Wicked Aviart since 2005 or so.

If you might wish to view this as a room, a place that you can imagine and interact with, then I must say its a shifting place. But most of the time, it is a rather small rounded room with no visible doors, only a few windows that are just large enough to squeeze through, providing decent light for this room. But night always comes, so there is a simple lil ceiling light. The floor is covered with pillows of all sorts and shapes, and a blanket or two hidden away in the pile. And on the walls there are cupboards that hold mystery and it's insides shifts often enough, bringing forth anything you might desire or need. The most common things it offers are artists supplies of any sort, dishes and glasses like expected, snacks and candy to nibble on or a collection of folders that contain older and previously created pictures.If anyone would mind looking, there would be a trap-door under this mountain of pillows, being the way out for most without wings.

Even if this might be my art-thread, then its also my request thread. Because for the first time since I joined gaia (2004) I actually want art of my avatar as it is. I rarely change it if I like how it looks, and finally they have items that have raptor feet. Im so in love with that item, it makes me whole as a gaian, avatar-vice. But as usual, Im always open for art of Myra herself. But avatar-art of my black-white wicked raptor self is loved very much right now.

~13.July: it's my Birthday, nothing specialreally, I drew 15 headshots in the free thread I just made.

~How much do I charge?
My prices are 5k - 50k in most cases.
If I like your artistic talents, I might suggest a art-trade.
Though I suggest that you should be able to draw dragons then.

~What do I draw?
Aviart, OriginalCharacter-art, dragons and the like. I can do cute and borderline chibi, but my main subject is to draw out the wacky and the wicked side of things, scary if you will. Sharp fangs and evil looks suit my style of aviart.

~What do I use?
I use 'OpenCanvas', adobe photoshop9, pencils, ballpoint pen, colored pencils, and in worst cases: watercolor. Oh, and a Wacom Tablet :3

~How do I work?
I might, and probably will, take on a few commissions at a time.
The time that it takes to finish, depends on what I was requested to draw.
I will draw anyone in any order I wish, but I allow you to poke me as you will, if I happen to take longer than explained below.
Aviart: A quick wicked might take me an hour at most, 40 minutes usually. But give me a week before I give you the permission to chew on my scaly feet. Because I will work in any order I like, first come does not mean first gets. Im easily distracted, the more luring avatar tends to get my attention sooner. But I will try my best to make you not wait more than a week.
Other art: If its traditional media, such as pencils or watercolor, I tend to take 2 days often, to doodle it out of my head and shape it. But I will probably give you a PM sample when Im half way (as in, pencil sketch is done), to see if you like the idea/pose. Since I will be entering school soon enough, that will take priority, but its a art-course anyways. Give me 2weeks-1month, before coming after me with pitchforks and stones.

~How big are the pictures?
I usually work on a 1000x1000 pixel canvas.
I can resize the picture for you after I've completed it, so it will be 500x500
I only resize if requested, sometimes I even offer to do it.
After a picture has been finished and commissioner has gotten it, I will delete all files I had while working on it, leaving only the JPG. I dont keep the photoshop files or such.

~How do you get my art?~
Either you commission me, or get lucky enough that I stumble upon you in a freebie thread. I like freebie threads often enough. But asking for a freebie is not accepted. Try hanging around, or stalking XD

Username: Cain Requiem!
OC details: The character is Rerran; a seven foot tall, skeletal man, who's been disfigured so many times, he's barely recognizable as human. He has scars, burns, and tattoos covering his body, the tattoos being tribal in origin. The only one which sticks out, is a large, blood red triangle, encompassing a blood red hand, in the open palm form, all on the dull grey skin of the man.
The Sith's head is bald, as well as burnt on the left side, his left eye and ears burnt completely shut. His right, and remaining, eye is yellow, and bloodshot. The tattoos and scars, which are from lacerations, are also on his head. picture
He generally wears nothing but a simple, black loin cloth, which has the same pattern as the tattoo on his chest, the red palm.

This is the written description of my OC dragon to draw:

Name: Myra Midnight
Gender: Female
Age: 421, but she never bothers with numbers. She is a young adult. (1987)
Appearance: A midnight-blue dragoness, with silky black hair and dark-green eyes. Armed with three sharp spikes and a double-edged tail blade. Her tongue is not forked, and both her tongue and blood is vine-red in color. On her hind-feet (in all forms) is a raptor-like claw.
She has two forms, if not three
-feral shape: no larger than a icelandic horse (that are known to be smaller than average).
-anthro: anthro version of the feral, though often lacking wings.
-half-human: human-looking above the waist, if not for the blue skin that covers her and pointy ears. Her face is often between human and a short muzzle. She never appears with wings, spikes or a tail. View her as what would be left of her original form if you would strip the essence of Myra completely out of her soul. She is nameless, partly forgotten, but you can call her Steph.
Personality:
-Myra is easily described as blissful ignorance, optimistic and nearly nothing can prevent her to see the brighter side of things and enjoy what she gets in life, however small it might be. Often exploding into unexpected sprees of hyperness, where she might only laugh if someone would bleed on her expense, ignoring her own faults in anything she might do wrong. But if she were to notice, she would become calm and silent. Creating a window of shifting. Where her other personality might have a chance to share it's views on the world. She sometimes gets stuck in this void for a moment. You will notice her talking in 3rd person if such is the case.
-Steph is the voice in the back of your head, that points out anything negative and the darker side of things, nothing is pure white, and it will scratch on the shades. Some might consider her to be the true intent of Myra's under-thoughts, the opinions she ignores and blissfully giggles past. But Steph does not like to be in charge for long if she gets it, being shoved to the basement of their being, she has grown small and cares not for the world she interacts with. Giving way for Myra to gain control every time. Through history, she has only taken control 3 times. But thats history.
Abilities:
-She was once a shape-shifter, but it has grown weak since she has not used that ability since she was young. The only shifting you would see these days is between her three forms.
-She is also able to 'jump' between worlds and dimensions, even between places, yet does it rarely once she finds company. It is easy to get lost in such travels. But to do so, she creates a portal with her mind alone, a door in the fabric of reality. She has become so talented in this ability, that you might never notice the portal itself when she jumps.
-a less known fact is that she is a water-type dragon, able to breath under-water if she wished, but exchange of water instead of air (or the other way around), causes great temporary discomfort and coughing.
-and she has a considerably quick healing ability.
Weapons: They are all natrual, one of her weapon is the ability to spit/spray acid and fire, though not mixed. But if she were to spray you with her acid, and then set you on fire, then the 'drop and roll' will not save you. Then there is her blade, on the tip of her tail. It is double edged and razor sharp, and is mobile, so she can actually open them up like scissors. Though with age, they stiffen, so she seems nearly unable to open them up these days. The spikes on her head are mostly show, but strong enough that they would not break if someone would impale themselves upon it. And all can debate on if her blood is a weapon in itself, because it burns, like the acid she spits.
Bio: It is unknown when one became two, but it is a fact that she is two within one body. They balance each other out to create a whole. Never staying long enough in any place to call it home, she wanders the worlds. She was hatched alone in a different place, a different reality, where all of her siblings except herself had died painful death due to their own acidic nature. Failed mixed breeding is what you would have witnessed.
Random Facts:
-she is unable to move her ears, so they are always flat against her head, except in half-human form.
-she loves the rain and the starlit nights, the white snow and the running in the summer.

Most call me Myra Midnight, some call me Steph, but my mom calls me Stefanía.

I enjoy horror/Sci-fi movies, twisted stories and anime, fantasy books, dragons, werewolfs, monsters and the wicked. JtHM, Aliens, Interview with the Vampire, GingerSnaps, Silent Hill, Neil Gaiman's Sandman.

As a artist, born in 1987, I've been drawing since I knew how to hold a pencil. Though my oldest art in my possession right now is since 1997. But that would be my oldest sketchbook. For some reason I've always remembered '1997', but never anything that happened in that year. I've been drawing and improving dragons with real interest since around 2001.

I joined gaia 2004, when Nurgis, a friend from school, showed it to me. She's a mod now. And I've been enjoying the RP in this community, well, not for quite a while now, but I've always enjoyed it. A old regular to the 'Who wants to be a vampire: vampires and victims needed" thread, along with a few others. The site has gone through many layout changes since then, but we all adjust.

Even found my ex boyfriend on this site, Trygon, a honest sociopath, managed to hold onto him for 3 years. Joined through RP history. I had married a werewolf hating vampire out of pity, found him feeling sorry for himself on his birthday in the corner of a bar. He failed to attend the wedding a few times in a row. We adopted a werewolf pup, Ajax, who I avoided every chance I got. It is quite creepy to have a grown man running at you screaming "Mommy!" and behaving like a small kid. My 'husband' had a enemy, Trygon, they hated each other. And in the end Trygon killed my husband in attempt to regain his god-hood (was a fallen dragon good, son of Tiamat), but failed. So in the end I had fallen for my husband's enemy. Ya know what? We never played out our relationship on gaia. So reality-vice, he had not broken up with his current girlfriend at the time, for the longest time while he was with me. But she's got a kid now and a new boyfriend. And as always, he never seemed to stop chasing after this other dragon girl, Silerenth. Did ya know that he even moved in with her while we were still together? though they all can swear that nothing happened, she has no interest in him beyond friendship. We three, Trygon, Sil and myself, all seem to be at the same level, being a dragon I say.

To be honest, I've been a part of another man's affair, saying that he cheated on his girlfriend with myself. He was tall (1,9m) enjoyed black eyeshadow and loved his top-hat. Even calls himself Dr. PerVert, but as the coward he is (and told me), he had to paint me as the villain and enemy in the whole affair. It 'never happened'. A nice girl she is, they're still together, just pity the fact that she plans on marrying a coward. Ignorance is bliss, you should envy those who can. But its sad that you loose a friend because they only thought of sex. He was a friend from work, its quite funny that all the friends I manage to make are male, always one that was moving away so I would never meet them again.

But whatever my history, Im quite happy with my current boyfriend and potential hubby heart been together since November 2007. But I've known him since around 2001.

We all have our lil history, and some hide it more than most. We dont want to give it all away, for either pride or shame or fear. But Im not afraid to share, strangely enough, Im more willing in front of strangers than I would be in front of my own mother, who should know most of my history, yet she doesnt. But then again, some hide their history because others might not want to hear it.

Im a dragon, but Im a human.
This dilemma causes so many distress if they dont accept those facts. Yes, Im hinting at the more serious or stubborn of furry kind. Though I myself do not admit myself to be furry, only that their company is enjoyable. But if you ever think about furries, their meaning and widely spread word, has gobbled up the meaning of what I am. So I might as well be furry if you look at it from that perspective.

I did not come to the realization that one day "Im not a human, Im a dragon D:" but instead I evolved, developed. First there was a mask that hid your true self. It made me seem overly blissful with a almost ignorant amount of tolerance towards any type of personality. Still do, for some. But that mask had grown so big and firm, that it became my reality, the real me. And as any other mask, it hid something within. I left it unattended and hidden. As if it were a stray thought that should not be thought. Through my years, I went through stages in developing my form. I grew a tail, lower-body, wings, and then I finally had found my shape. Not taking those jumps like some, guessing what you might look like, I shaped it slowly, finding what I looked like. And quite proud of it. A blue dragoness, water-type if you wish, and acidic in nature. Silky black hair and smooth dark blue scales, dark green eyes.

The history behind my dragon self, would be that she became my shelter, my strength. I've always been described as strong on the inside, even though I've always been skinny as a twig. She grew from a seed planted a long long time ago, maybe when I was 6, or maybe it was always there. Did ya know that I havent seen my real father since I was 7 years old? He might be the source and reason why I view certain things the way I do. Its not always that you are sexually abused for long enough to affect you, but short enough that it did not scar you for life. Never had the chance to deem it right or wrong, to hate him for it. I always was fond of my father.
