It depends on how much you post. You need to start posting more.

If you have less than 1000 posts, you may have reached your polling limit for the day. Get your post count up, and your poll gold cap will rise 3nodding

You need to post. A lot!
A certain percentage of your posts become polls, which means for so many posts you'ev done, yo can get a certain amount of polls where you're getting gold.
No one knows what that percentage is however, but the best thing I've heard is to have at least 1000 posts under your belt.

Also, if you've been getting gold from polls and it's stopped completely, you'ev used up your percentage. I believe you need to wait 12 hours before you get gold from polls again, because it needs to reset itself for you to do so smile

(P+700)/100=Max polls per day at full gold.

Where P is your post count. If this equals less than ten, the maximum is 10. However with over 1000 posts you can poll as much as you want.
