WHAT DOES THE PERFECT PARCEL DO?

• Winners of a Perfect Parcel can trade it in to receive a non-exclusive equippable item!
  
• You will receive one non-exclusive item. See the rules below to see which items can not be redeemed.

ITEMS THAT CAN'T BE REDEEMED

• Items considered prizes/medals that was given in a limited release such as given only to certain Gaians for meeting a certain spending amount, or given to Gaians during a certain time group. Examples: Malt the Baby Elephant, Celebrity Snare, Gold/Silver/Bronze Medal, Cruz Halos
  
• Custom user items (This includes user recolors) unless the submitting user for the original item has given their permission.
  
• Club Verge Boxes
  
• Sponsorship Items
  
• Raffle Prizes
  
• Tickets
  
• Gatcha items
  
• Lucky Catch items

The following items are exempt from the non-exclusive rule:

• A copy of your own Project Custom Item. A single Perfect Parcel in will give you one copy of your item.
  
• Limited Edition Collector's Pass & Collector's Pass Plus Exclusives are eligible after the six month resting phase has passed.(Example: Chivalrous Queen of Heart is part of June 2015's Limited Edition Collector's Pass. You must wait until after the resting phase for June 2015 Limited Edition Collector's Pass to request a Perfect Parcel trade in for Chivalrous Queen of Heart.)
  
• Equippable items available through a coupon or coupon chance item.
  
• Equippable items available through a tier or tier chance item.
  

HOW DO I REDEEM MY TICKET?

• Please send an email to [e-mail] with Perfect Parcel and your username in the subject line. Failure to use the order form will result in your Perfect Parcel request being ignored. Please copy and paste the below order form into your email.
