Who else could you really put the title on for Summerslam assuming the opponent is Lesnar?

If they rushed the split, Cesaro. There's also letting one of the heels win it now, and then drop it at a later PPV to Reigns or Cena. And honestly, I wouldn't mind Cena winning it as long as it was just to drop it to Lesnar, because the guy who beats Lesnar (which would probably be Reigns) will get over huge.

I could see that being a possibility, but I don't think they're ready to put the belt on Cesaro just for him to drop it to Lesnar, but it would be better than Cena squashing him during his "feud" with Lesnar. Agreed on the second part which will possibly take place At WM31. My fantasy would have Reigns get it before then, have one of the members of the shield win the RR then the other uses the briefcase for a triple threat at Wrestlemania.
