Hi, I am the manager of the Flora Flora B/C Shop.
Right now we really, really need some active staff.
If you are interested, please stick around. We have lots of work that needs to get done.
The Main Story ::
Once upon a time, there was a women... She wanted a daughter so bad, but to her dismay she could not give birth to any children (she was barren).
So she went out one day to consult the good witch of the village. This witch gave the women a flower seed and told the women to plant the seed and care for it and eventually a child would appear. The women was very happy at this and took the seed. Upon getting home the women potted the seed. 3 days later, after much care the flower had sprouted and began to unfold its petals. Low and behold, in the middle of the flower there was a child the size of the womens thumb. The women then decided to call the child Thumbalina. 1-2 years later, Thumbalina was fully grown (to the size of a hand) and had found her true love.
Today this story continues, with Thumbalina's children and grandchildren...
As the years went by, things slowly changed. The world of the flower children began to be just like the one of the humans. Colonies were created and soon began to make residence wherever they could. They made homes out of whatever was around of them, and that tended to distinguish them from the other groups. However, they had no problems getting along and were more than welcome to aid their allies to survive.
However, time had passed and the unity they once had was now growing thin, and they now chose to fend for themselves. After all, there wasn’t enough food for all them if they all stuck together. So, it was all in there best interest to stay in their own territories and make ends meet by themselves. But along came a particularly harsh winter and it would take everything him them to survive it. Even to let others die.
One particular group had become especially desperate and were on the brink of starvation. And so, they decided to venture out on the territory of another’s. In reality, they hadn’t been doing much better than the other group. With children blossoming rapidly, there were many mouths to feed. And finally, both groups met each other face. At first it was a passive conversation, with merely both groups stating they were down on their luck on food, but which soon turned into a brawl.
The group that had been seeking for food, which was mainly composed of White Lotuses, were now overcome with animal instinct. Their minds had been warped from the advanced state of hunger they were in. They didn’t care whether they died, because that is what they would face in a few short days. The second group were at a severe disadvantage as they had not anticipated the attack, and were always very passive. They were Black Roses, who nearly always kept to themselves and preferred to meddle into the affairs of the other groups.
The event shouldn’t even be worthy of the title of a battle. It was a massacre. But by a stroke of luck, one family had escaped in the midst of all the chaos. They were horrified by the events that had transpired on that one cold, winter’s night. They swore revenge against any living Lotus, and every other flower who dared to align themselves with them. And so, that family began to band themselves with other roses, of any colour and retold them their story. They agreed to help in the extermination .The roses were born with a high sense of loyalty and pride, and would be willing to help out any family members.
And after months of planning, the Roses struck. It was an ambush, one that the Lotuses had never seen coming. That was how it was supposed to be. No mercy would be given, as they had received none. However, now every group had some sort of self defence to protect themselves. They had learned better than to stand unarmed. They had with them weapons, armour, magic. The battle was long and hard, and there were losses on both sides. Finally, it was retreat from the both of them, but their point had been made. They held a grudge, and they would fight another day.
Word got around, and it was nearly unanimous that the Black Roses were in the wrong. Yes, what the White Lotuses had done was not right, but they had no choice in the matter, their bodies had been taken over. And so, all the other flowers banned together with the White Lotuses against the Black Roses. And so, a new measure was created to distinguish them all. A tattoo would now be branded on every child at the ripe of age of ten; the tattoo would be of their flower. Every clan soon adopted it, and now the line was truly divided between them. Nothing could undo the events that had transpired or undo the grudges that both sides of bore. And now, every single man and woman was mixed into their war. You were either with them or against them, there was nothing in between. Will you choose to fight for your honour, or for peace? But more importantly, which side will you lay allegiance to?
