Hello and welcome to the Theia hiring thread. Theia is a beautiful home of kirinoid like creatures. At this time we do not have our main thread set up as we would like to hire some staff on for an opening event first!

We are looking to hire some helping hands that would help keep Theia a safe and pleasant place to live in, so if you have some coloring skills read on. If not do not be discouraged! You can still be of great importance by helping us spread the word and earn yourself a chance to win one of our lovely kirinoids.


Hiring for colorists will be closing March 31st at 11:59pm PST, so make sure to get your applications in and all updated by that time.

When applying for this working position give yourself some time to think through which colorist position you would be able to handle. The work load is not that demanding when it comes to monthly quota. Edits on the other hand can be demanding mostly because of our semi-realistic shading style. Also avoid stamping shape brushes as much as possible when coloring.

Color Only Colorists
Since you will not be required to make any edits you will not be required to give us any edited sample work. There is no theme so let your imagination guide you.

Edit Colorists
First study samples a bit. Your task will be to edit the template with anything from light to moderately heavy edits. We would like for the shading to not be too horribly different from the existing shading. This shop is non-minor editing only, however we would like to see your capabilities.

Number of staff I am looking to hire: 5
- 2 color only colorists
- 3 edit colorists ( minor to light mod)

Shading | Sample 1 | Sample 2 | Sample 3 | Sample 4 | Sample 5

Requirements:
• being able to finish all required quota on time
• edit colorists must be able to match our editing and shading style
• must have experience working with layers and PSD files
• at least one instant messenger account on which you could be easily reached
• layer and folder friendly program (preferably some kind of PhotoShop as long as it doesn't make any problems like Photoshop Elements)

Part-time Colorist Tasks:
- must do 2 to 3 kirinoids per month (customs and breedings do not count in this)
- customs: 2 to 3 slots per two months
- breedings: 2 to 3 slots per two months
- events: at least 3 kirinoids

Full-time Colorist Tasks:
- must do 3 to 5 kirinoids per month (customs and breedings do not count in this)
- customs: 3 to 5 slots per two months
- breedings: 3 to 5 slots per two months
- events: at least 5 kirinoids

Payments:
Flatsale, Raffles - 80%
Customs, Auctions - 90%
Breeding, Bribes - 100%
- 1 pet trade slot per month
