I have a question about something, if I might? The instruction says to use the locked spheres list for the designs of entries, but then later the instructions say that these entries might be used for events.

So do or do not use the locked spheres for entries?

Yes use the locked spheres! If they're used after you get hired we call them 'free spheres' which means it's up to the player who wins them to come up with what sphere they are!
