The anime has Pokemon evolve in mid-battle, and the only real reason they don't do that in the games is because so far nothing can interrupt a battle. I think it would be awe-inspiring to see Pokemon evolve during a battle. Whether you feel a morale boost from seeing it happen to one of your own or a new sense of terror from seeing an enemy grow stronger, it would definitely add some new thrills to the games. whee

Nothing can interrupt a battle because they havent coded it.
If they wanted to, Im sure they could.

Wouldnt even necessarily need to interrupt the battle. Have them evolve right on the battle screen. Just throw on some glowing and shimmers as if it was a move, and the tada, new pokemon.

Or (and just saying as an idea, i know this'd take some effort) they could go to a special cutscene mid-battle to show the evolution. I mean they did great wuth Lugia and Hooh's cutscenes so if they wanted a truly epic struggle of a battle where your pupitar, Lairon, Gabite or (you get the picture) evovles into this badass weapon of chaos right before your eyes and astonishingly pulls you out of the gutter and gives your rival renewed hell! I mean, it WOULD be an awsome scene, That'd make Black and White one to remember. And it would be THE epic moment if you could pull that out at the final battle against Isshu's Champ. Anyone else think that we should have that coming? XD

I would love if pokemon evolved in battle in the games. It would be so awsome. whee
I have to admit, some pokemon in the new gen I don't like, but that's the same in every gen. Like 1st gen, I disliked voltorb and electrode. xD But their are some I love.

I love the dark fox, and the dragon type. =3

I love how the characters in white/black will be older than the last gen. So many call the new girl a slut, but she's not, she's just older. <3

Personally, I'd like a ground or iron type. sweatdrop
Just make a poll. For a day/few hours have people vote for their favorite gen1 ice type. Then gen2. So on and so forth until you go through all the generations. :3

Before you beat the elite four there was only one new fire type last gen.... Unless you count Magmortar but I don't because you can't 'catch' it with out trading.
