9/2/19- WE DID IT!! In Celestial Festival Bag, one of the drops is our long-lost Nouveau Summer. While I still wish it had been released in Rococo instead, any release is a good one! Thank you staff, as well as everyone that signed.

First, an introduction...
Note: Before I begin, I want to say this- normally I wouldn't ask that an unreleased item be released, but considering that it's a major part of a set that's literally incomplete without it (four seasons but missing one of the seasons?), it feels REALLY strange that it's gone unreleased for this long. That said, I ALSO entirely understand if there's some technical, legal, or other weird behind-the-scenes reason that it can't be released, and if I get admin feedback saying that it cannot be released, this petition will be updated.

That said...
Many users will remember how 2011 gave us the beautiful Nouveau set- along with a beautiful stained glass background that became the staple of many a Kingdom Hearts cosplay, we also got a Grecian dress and probably one of the first flower crowns on the site. Since then, we've had countless spinoffs, recolors, and even mashup items modelled around it. The big question is, though... why was there never a Nouveau Summer?
Well, it turns out there was one, and it's still programmed into the game and everything, but it never got an actual, proper release. I was actually going to recommend it in the 'What items do you want added to Rococo?' thread, but since it never even got a first release, I'm not sure if it would be eligible for rerelease or not.
But J, how would you want it released?
Even though I mentioned Rococo, I actually think it would be better to add it to the RIG Gauntlets and Goblins- Since Fall and Winter were present in Underland, adding it to Gauntlets and Goblins (the RIG that Spring Nouveau comes from) would balance it out perfectly. However, if necessary, adding it by itself to Rococo is another option. Worst case scenario, but still one I would be okay with, is releasing a Nouveau bundle that has Summer in it, essentially making it a bundle exclusive. It boils down to this- as long as it's added in a way where most users can access it without it feeling too exclusive (ex. adding it to Cloud 9, or making it only available to Angel subscribers), I'll be happy.

5/7/19- Since another unreleased item (Serene Nurse) was just released upon request, I have formally put a request for Noveau Summer to be released in the Rococo thread.
8/12/19- Forgot to update this a while back, two more unreleased items were released into Mecha Neko upon request (Yellow and Orange Heartstrings), and even more unreleased items were added to the Mystery Grab Bag (the weekly treat)...but still no signs of Nouveau Summer
