It doesn't. I'm bi and European living in Oahu so not only do I run the chance of being discriminated by sexual preference, I also get discriminated because of the race I was born into when I didn't even want to come here in the first place. In fact just today I was out walking and a woman walking with her child sneered at me. this woman and her son both looked to be Chinese or Taiwanese or of some Asian ethnic race. But I don't care for either. It really doesn't hurt me. And it most certainly does not affect my likes and dislikes or my hobbies or my taste in food or literature or anything else that affects my personality. So no, I'm proud to say that it doesn't.
Actually I meant that, slavery is a far more serious issue in the world than a couple sneers, stink eye's and cold shoulders.
when i said it changes your personality i didnt mean it changes what you liek and dislike i meant that it changes the way you act and your mood and personality. also not everyone who is gay is immune to things like that. if they were they wouldnt be so sassy
That's what a personality is. Your likes, dislikes, and personal attributes that make up an individual. By changing my personality it would indeed affect my personal attributes, and behavior since that, by definition is what a personality is.
And the last statement is just plain stereotypical. Not all people with a preference for the same gender are flamboyant, perky, happy-go-lucky, AlwaysStartTheDayWithASmile trannies. Please kindly unsubscribe from WhatTheBuck, step away from youtube, and return to reality.
i was talking about gay people in general and most stereotypes are true for the general of whatever its addressing. by the way i happen to think whatthebuck is boring. by the way how in the world does your personality affect the types of food you like? anyways if a person is made fun of ridiculed for liking something alot sometimes they become ashamed of it and leave it behind.
Uh. No actually they're not. Stereotypes, for the most part are in fact, not true. Not even in general. Only in rarities are they ever even slightly true. Preferences for things like ffood and music is part of your personality. It's a small part that makes up a whole. I'm not saying it changes, but it adds. Yes, well that is not true for everyone.
ok look ms.technical when i said it changes your personality i didnt mean it changed everything i meant certain things. obviously your food tastes and things like that wont change cause youre gay.
the typical gay is feminine
the typical gay has an "accent"
the typical gay is more prone to act like the other gender unless theyre the "dominant" one in the relationship.
stereotypes are rarely true theyre based on how the general act.
same goes for black stereotypes, asian stereotypes, etc.
you may not like labels but stereotypes are based on true things. it doesnt mean it applies to everyone.
