Once you get to carderock, i believe around level 15-20 you get a quest from the totem and gives you the quest. Make sure you pick up all the quests in the city.

what valiant said. gotta be level 15 in carderock, then the totem will offer your specialization.

well there's the kali (she's a dancer/shaman typed character), the assasin (he's an assasin), and the newest is lencea (she's a spear/lance user).
there's another male class either already out, or coming out in Korea soon called dark avenger.
