A simple red-brick building stands on a street corner. It’s not a large or flashy shop, but it seems homey. As you push open the door, a bell tinkles quietly. Looking around, you can see a worn down counter, presumably the checkout, and two marked boxes pushed against the walls. From a small door in the back, a girl walks out, smiling brightly. “Well hi, there,” she says. “Welcome to the Toy Store. How can I help you today?”

You follow the girl around the shop, glancing at the shelves lining the walls. “Now, I have to tell you, before you buy something, I have a few rules for my store,” The girl moves behind the counter, reaching up and grabbing a piece of paper from thin air. She then passes it to you, saying, “Just take a quick look and then we’re all set.”

Please do not harass any other customers.

I will not take orders if I’m already working on 3 toys, so please make sure I’m available before you order.

Please do not ask me to make your order a lower price.

Do not steal my dolls! You MUST pay for your doll(s) before you get them, and you may NOT resell them.

Please fill out the order form and leave it in the shop. Do not send it to me unless I tell you to.

You’re welcome to stay and chat, but please be respectful.

“Well, the next step now is to pick what kind of toy you want,” says the girl. With a smile, she steps to the side and gestures at a shelf lined with dolls. “Go ahead, take your pick.”

Look at a Plastic Doll

Look at a Mini Plastic Doll

“Umm…” The girl thinks for a moment, tapping her fingers together. “Oh yeah! I remember now. I should probably tell you how much they cost, right? Well…

Plastic Dolls cost 2,ooo gold.
Mini Plastic Dolls cost 1,ooo gold.”

With a slight nod, the girl snaps, a list appearing in your hands. “Well… this is a list of toys I’m working on right now. I won’t start making your toys if this list is full.”

The girl smiles and grabs a piece of paper from nothing again. “Okay, now that you’ve picked, I just need you to fill out this little form for me,” she says as she passes you a pen and the small form. “Then I can start on your toys.”

The girl takes the form back from you, throwing it into the air. It floats along, flying straight to a box on the floor marked “Toys”. It drops into the box and vanishes with a little flash. “Okay! While your order is getting ready, how about you take a look at some of the other people who’ve bought toys?” She smiles at you, walking over to the “Toys” box as a list appears on the counter.

The girl rolls up her sleeves, beginning to dig around in the box. “Y’know, it’s always great to have new customers. It’s just kind of hard to get out and tell people if I’m always making toys,” she said thoughtfully. “Hey! You wouldn’t mind telling a few people, would you?” The girl nods towards the counter. “There might be some flyers or banners or something like that on the counter. You could take one or two, if you’d like.”

While the girl is looking through her box, you turn and look around the shop. A large bulletin board on the wall catches your eye and you decide to go look. Tacked at the top of the board is a large piece of paper reading “New Arrivals”. Underneath is a smaller piece of paper with some slightly messy handwriting on it that reads:

November 3rd, ’07 – Learned to make Plastic Dolls and Mini Plastic Dolls

From the other side of the store, you hear “Aha!” From the corner of your eye, you see the girl walk into the back room with… something in her hands. As you turn back to the bulletin board, you notice another piece of paper on the other side of the board; this one reading “Store Specials”. A small piece of paper is tacked under this one, as well, with the same handwriting:

You return to the shop a few days later. The bell tinkles as you enter once again, and the girl is standing behind the counter, smiling. “I saw you coming,” she says, bursting with excitement. “So I got your stuff ready.” She points at a shelf on one of the walls, lined with boxes. “Just make sure you take the box with your name on it.”

As you approach the shelf, it seems some of the boxes are fading away… But aha! There's the one marked with your name.

The girl smiled, pushing the key into the lock on her door and then turning it. As soon as it clicked, she pulled the door open, taking a deep breath. "The shop is open!" she announced proudly.

With a slight sigh, the girl walked over to the counter and sat down on it. She reached up towards the shelf over her head, and one of the plastic dolls dropped neatly into her hand. "I hope I get some customers..." she said.

Aww, they're so cute! ^_^ Too bad I'm questing a Fire Flower right now, or I'd buy one! :[
I'll come back as soon as I get the Fire Flower! (Just 2,000 more gold to go, anyway) <3
