Nothing much has happened since I went back to school, and I don't forsee myself having any more time in the future than I do now. So I am putting the shop on hiatus while I concentrate on my courses. Hopefully I'll have more time for Gaia after Christmas, but I'm going to have to say bye for now :<

How to order

Follow these steps and you’re 99.9% guaranteed not to embarrass yourself.

Step 1: Decide what to order. So many choices!

Step 2: Fill out the proper form (usually at the end of the post)

Step 3 : Post form in the proper place (kikis and gems= in thread. flobs and customs=PM)

Step 4: Start a trade with the page number in the title. Ex: "Factory Designs order pg ___" or "Flob order in PM"

Step 5: Wait patiently for your order.

Step 6: Complete the trade when I accept it.

Step 7: Save the image to your own server, and enjoy. Thanks for ordering.
**if you don't know how to host images, instructions are in my FAQ section, #3.

Rules

1) Follow Gaia ToS (that's a given, of course)

2) Don't beg.

3) Be patient.

4) Don't argue in my thread. With me or anyone else.

5) Keep chatspeak to a minimum.

6) Do not quote the first page, make giant quote trees, or quote giant posts in general.

7) Save images to your own computer or server. If you do not save it you will lose it!

8 ) Do not alter/edit the images IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE, without permission.

9) Never EVER redistribute my work. I WILL NOT TOLERATE ART THEFT!

10) Report to the mods and to me if you find anyone using/selling my items improperly. I am the only person authorized to sell my items.

Frequently Asked Questions

1) Who do I send the trade to?
Kaeleira

2) How many things can I order at once?
Kikis and gems: as many as you like. Custom items: one per person, per slot.

3) How do I save the image to my server?
a) Right-click, Save as.
b) Upload to an image hosting site. Ex: Photobucket or TinyPic.
c) Copy the url of the uploaded image, and paste it wherever you want to use it.

4) Can I order a custom colour for my item?
Yep, just say so when you order.

5) How long will it take to finish my order?
Min time: a few minutes. Max time: a week or two

6) When are you usually online?
Pretty much every day, usually evenings. Randomly throughout weekends. All times are in EST.

7) Which program do you use?
Adobe Photoshop CS and Adobe ImageReady CS

8 ) Can you teach me how to make items like yours?
No, sorry. I don't want replicas of my items out there. Google is your friend :3

9 ) Can you help me [make items/shop/etc]?
Sorry but no. I might point you in the right direction (ie give you links to tutorials and such), but that's it. I learned on my own, and you can too.

10 ) Can you do a custom item for me?
Probably, depending on what exactly you want. See my "Customs" section for details.

11) Can I help you run your shop?
Sorry, no. I'm fine on my own. You can bump though, if you'd like to help me!

Custom Flobs

Cute little chibis to add to your post style! Can be avatar, or OC.

RULES

•If your avatar is too cluttered/complicated, I will turn you down.
•One flob/couple per person, per order.
•Some items may disappear when converted into flob clothes
•When ordering couples, post two forms and say you want a couple.

Custom Gems

Are you a fan of my gems, but can't find the perfect one? Do you want something more than what's in my shop, something different? Something unique? Well you've come to the right place! Here you can commission your very own custom gem, made from scratch!

RULES

•If your gem is too complicated, I will turn you down.
•One gem per person, per order.
•Commissions can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to over a month.
•If you are overly impatient I will cancel the trade and delete your order without warning.
•Commissions can be done as gifts, but you must specify that it is going to someone else.

PROCESS

•PM me the details of commission, with good reference pics.
•I say yes/no and propose a price.
Hint: lots of details and good quality references will help me say yes!
•If you like the price, start a trade and you get the slot.
•I sketch and send it to you for approval.
•If you like the sketch I make the gem. If not, I'll make a different sketch.
•I'll send you a WIP just before finishing.
•If you like the WIP, I finish the gem, and accept the trade. If not, I make changes and send another WIP.
•Once the trade is accepted, I send you the finished product.

Price Guide
20-30k per gem. Price range depends on difficulty.

Got a dream avatar you've been questing for forever? Love the one you've already got? Well now you can have a Kiki or Coco friend that looks just like you! I will custom make one-of-a-kind Kiki items modeled after your avatar so you can have a mini-me Kiki or Coco!

Build-a-Kiki

Here you can build your very own Kiki or Coco Kitty. Choose from different eye colors, expressions, and clothing selections.

NB: If some items overlap (ex: nitemare scarf and black tie) I will choose the layering that works best. You can order more than one item per section.
