Introduction

Hello!
Welcome to The King's Game.

For those of you who realized that the title of this shop is in fact another name for the strategy game chess before coming in, kudos to you!
For those of you who didn't, here's a little excerpt from our lovely friend Wikipedia to explain this shop's title.

In the Middle Ages and during the Renaissance, chess was a part of noble culture; it was used to teach war strategy and was dubbed the "King's Game".

It's packed with information, especially on the history of chess, and was even a featured article!

I'm sure you're curious about what this shop sells.
Unfortunately, most of our wares are not related to chess.
However, we do have a large variety of products, from customizable pixel dolls to cute edibles.
Feel free to take a look through our goods, located in the four posts after Rules post, and see if something interests you.

7. Do not PM staff members your questions.
Ask first in the thread, and if you do not receive a reply within a reasonable amount of time, PM the mule.

8. Be nice and be literate.
The occasional "lol" is understandable, but please, proper grammar, capitalization, punctuation, and spelling out your words is not that difficult.
Let's face it, most people do not like to have a conversation with somebody who uses "ch4tSp34k," types in size 60 font, types only in caps, etc.

9. All artists here hold the right to change and/or add to these rules whenever we feel obliged to.
Keep in mind we also hold the right to refuse your order for any reason.

10. When posting the order form, do it CORRECTLY and clearly.

Staff

Here in The King's Game, we have six artists, several moderators, and a number of regulars.
Occasionally, we may even have a guest artist or two.
Please respect all staff members.

All artists have the right to permanently ban you from the thread, and put you under the dreaded Black List.
Moderators can and will report you to the artists if you refuse to follow the shops, or Gaias, rules.
Regulars know the gist of things around the shop, and should be respected for their experience.
All Gaian users in the thread have the right to report other users if there is a need.

The artists of the shop have assumed positions in the shop, as chess pieces.
In no way does, say, the "King" hold power over a "Knight."
These are only titles we hold in the shop in order to pair the artists together and to keep a more organized layout.

1 nominated user out of 6 nominated users to be a mod IF we need a moderator.

They like to groom themselves, and they absolutely despise the hot weather of summer.

Mini-Bio;;

Well, I would say that the above pretty much tells you everything.
When I grow up I would like to be involved with music or photography.
Im addicted to gaia as much as I am addicted to music, if that tells you anything.
The first time I joined Gaia, I didnt know the mini-shop forum existed, but once I discovered it the first thread I ever went to closed down in April. Then I discovered Tea-Licious where I met Nano. Then when Nano started up a temp shop we met Soupie. As I stayed with Tea-Licious I met blu, Snow, pH , Tea and so many more. Nano, Soupie and I then started a joint mini-shop called "Irregular Miraged Farm". It wasnt until June we met Kirisuka in tea-licious. We closed down Irregular Miraged Farm and opened Le Cafe Chronos with Kirisuka. In that shop we met two more new people. Hikari Winter Breeze and Thyne Beauty Of Disaster. I was always in love with the shop Moonx3 ran "Neko Cutie". I was so excited on the day I went the customs were supposed to opened, but she closed her shop because of the disgusting pictures hackers were posting. I was so bummed. Then like a month later she opened "Moons Bake Sale". I met and started to become Moon's friend their. Later Soupie kicked it off with Moonie who now calls her Butts. In Le Cafe Chronos we also met Panduhhboy. Even though he is not apart of this shop, he will always be a great regular. Nano,Soupie,Kiri,Moonie,Thyne,Blu,Hikari and Panduhh ily all of you as my friends, and if I didnt meet all of you my gaian experience would of sucked. How to Order

Ordering is not difficult, so long as you read this entire explanation carefully. Important words and phrases are bold.

First, pick the right form from the four at the bottom of this post for the artists that you want to order from.
The first form is for The Royalty, who are Moonx3 and Kirisuka.
The second form is for The Bishops, who are Hikari Winter Breeze and Nano-Bunny,


Next, fill out your selected form and post it in the thread.
DO NOT PM it to the artists of The King's Game or to the mule.

After you have posted your thread, send a trade to the thread mule, The Kings Game.
The page number of the thread where you posted your form should be in the title of the trade.
The Kings Game will send you back an empty trade, and then you should accept the trade.
Once your order has been PMed to you, the mule will accept your trade.

♥ A: To become a mod, you have to show dedication and responsibility to carry out the rules here.
To become a regular, you just have to stay in the thread for a good amount of time, chat more than you bump, and help the thread in some way or another..
A requirement for both is that you must get along with all the artists.

♥ A: DO NOT crop, edit, copy, "borrow,' and/or take our art, especially not for free.
There are freebies for a reason.
You MAY take those for free, but you may not alter or change them in any way, except to put your name on them.

♥ Q: Can we resize our purchases and/or freebies?
♥ A: Sure! As long as the artist's signature is still visible. To the naked human eye.
However, we would prefer if you did not, as many times the signatures on products is already very small.

♥ Q: CAN I HAVE SOMETHING FOR FREE PLOX?!1
♥ A: There are usually freebie sections in the shop: for an event, or just because of the generosity of the artists here.
Other than those freebies, NO, you may not have something for free. It would be unfair to the paying customers, and to the artists.
If you have to have a freebie, go to the art freebies subforum on Gaia and ask around there.

♥ Q: The layout of your shop is so amazing! Can we use the same thing for our shop?
♥ A: NO. The layout is created, through many hours of fumbling around Photoshop, by Kirisuka, and should not be copied in ANY way, on Gaia and not on Gaia.

♥ Q: I found somebody stealing your art! What do I do?
♥ A: Please PM the shop mule and report it immediately.
The amount we award you will depend on the situation, but rest assured it will be more than 1k.
DO NOT inform the art thief that you know they are stealing our art, otherwise they could take away the evidence.

♥ Q: Can I PM or randomly friend the artists here?
♥ A: NO. Do not PM us unless it is an emergency.
You can only friend us if you're a regular, mod, or somebody we've spoken to many, many times.

♥ Q: Why did I not receive my order?!
♥ A: Check the "How to Order" post to see if you did anything incorrectly.
If you find that nothing is wrong, post in the thread asking why you did not receive your order.
If nobody responds to your post within a few days, PM the mule ONCE.
