I am Madame Solo and this is my avatar edit shop! I do mostly customs and have a few premades. I am a comparitively new avatar editor, since July 2005, but I have decided to open my own shop. I am a generally nice person on gaia unless you can't type like a NORMAL PERSON or are disgustingly racist/sexist/homophobic. So basically, just try to act literate and like a decent human being and we'll all get along fine.

2. These are avatar EDITS and cannot actually be displayed on your Gaia avatar. They are purely for artistic entertainment and can be used in sigs, journals, etc.

5. Don't change or use my edits any other way than they are given unless I give you permission. (And please ask, I am really flexible with this IF YOU ASK ME FIRST)
6. DON'T STEAL MY ART!! Or remove my signature. I will eat you domokun
7. If you think my edits suck, rather than flaming me just don't buy any 3nodding
8. No refunds, however I will rework an edit if your are reasonably unpleased.
9. The lines will not show up on your edit, they are merely to protect myself from art theft.

These are a premade edits that I have done in the past/and/or for a commission. They are all considered "decent enough to sell" by me, but some edits will be more expensive than others. I can now recolor!!!
Recoloring will cost an extra 25g, thanks ^-^
However, edits that are black or white cannot be colorchanged unless you are changing it from black to white, or vice versa. Color edits can be recolored to black or white though.

A note: All lines over the edits shown are just to help prevent art theft. They will not appear on your bought edit. There will however be a small signature so I can "brand" my art.

Another Note: Since the edits are not seperated by sex anymore, edit titles in red are for girls and edit titles in blue are for boys

Bespin Han Solo: Outfit is 200g, Wig is an extra 25g (Holster is optional)
Bespin Princess Leia: Outfit is 200g, Wig is an extra 25g (Robe is optional)
Padme: Outfit is 200g, Wig is an extra 50g (Senator outfit from Attack of the Clones
Mara Jade: Outfit is 200g, Wig is an extra 25g (Pose is required and free. Mara Jade is from the Extended Star Wars universe)
Jag Fel: Outfit is 75g (Jag Fel is from the Extended Star Wars Universe)
Jaina Solo: Outfit is 100g (Pose is required, Lightsaber can be recolored for free. Jaina Solo is from the Extended Star Wars Universe)

Movies/Musical Cosplay Edits

Angel: Outfit is 200g (Angel is from the musical RENT. Tights, belt and drumsticks are optional)
Glinda: Outfit is 200g, Wig is an extra 25g (Glinda is from the musical WICKED. Flower and shoes are optional)
Elphaba: Outfit is 200g, Wig is an extra 25g (Elphaba is from the musical WICKED. Boots, hat and glasses are optional. Wig CAN be worn without hat)
Dr. Frank N Furter: Outfit is 75g (Dr. Frank N Furter is from the movie The Rocky Horror Picture Show)
Indiana Jones: Outfit is 150g (Indiana Jones is from the movie Indiana Jones. Hat is optional, however hair cannot be worn without hat, but hat can be worn without hair. Whip is also optional, as is facial hair)
Marie Antoinette: Outfit is 200g, Wig is an extra 50g (This costume is from the movie Marie Antoinette)
Special for any sex: Put the Indiana Jones hat on your avatar for just 25g!

Disney Cosplay Edits

Meg: Outfit is 50g (Meg is from the movie Hercules)
Aurora: Outfit is 200g, wig and crown is 50g extra (Aurora is from the movie Sleeping Beauty. She is available in both pink and blue for the above cost. Crown cannot be worn without wig, but wig can be worn without crown)

Anime Cosplay Edits

Miwako: Outfit is 200g, Wig is an extra 25g. (Miwako is from the anime Paradise Kiss. Puffballs on shoes, arm and hair are optional. Jewelry is optional.)
Sakaki: Outfit is 150g (Sakaki is from the anime Azumanga Daoih. Pose is required and included in price. If your avatar has a different skin color, you must submit a SITTING pose of your avatar)

Most of this shop will be run on custom edits until I get to making more premades. However, many of these premades will be gotten from custom edits I make. So there are a few things you should know before you order.

1. I have the right to display the edit I make for you in my Edit Museum, no exception
2. I have the right to sell the clothes/accessories/wigs of the custom edit I make as premades UNLESS YOU PAY A RESERVE FEE OF 1000G
3. If you want me to make a good custom edit I NEED good reference pics. Just "Inuyasha" Or "Some chick with a pretty blue dress" is NOT good enough for me, nor are incomplete pictures. Multiple references are even better.
4. If I honestly think I can't handle an edit you ask for, I will turn you down due to the fact that I don't want you to pay for an edit that I know will turn out horrible.
5. If you are unpleased with an edit after it is made, I will do my best to fix it for you, but remember we are not all perfect and I am still learning.

I have no set prices, but I probably will be able to give you an estimate before I start on an edit by looking at the references provided. Here is a somewhat reliable guide for pricings.

The Quickies
Quickies (haha, get it?) are edits that don't have a ton of detail or shading. Also, no complicated hair is either not made or simple.
An example:

Price Range: 750g-1000g
(The example's hair was not made by me, but by kyzaski. However, the "price" can include hair that simple. This edit would be around 750-800g)

The Toughies
Toughies are edits that are a tad difficult but don't make me cry. Either repositioning with some easy clothes or clothes with lots of details/folds.
Some examples:

Price Range: 1000g-1500g
(Glinda and Elphaba would be about 1000g each, whereas the Spring edit would be about 1500g because of the pose)

The Eye Rippers
These are the uber hard edits. You should know it when you're ordering them.

Price Range: 1500g-2500g
(Qiao Xiao would be 2500g because of all of that F***in detail and pose and everything! But so pretty. And Susan would be 1800g-2000g due to the pose and weapon detail. )


I will only take on Three custom edits at a time. This is because I am a student in high school and I have little time as it is.

However, you may request to be put on the Waiting List. That means that you are next in line to order a custom edit, and that I will contact you when a spot has opened. To be put on the Waiting List, simply ask in this thread. Do not place an order form though. I will ask you for one when a spot has opened. 1 spot on the waiting list means you are waiting to make one order, and one order only. If you want two or more edits, you must wait until you are off the waiting list to be on it again. That means if you're on the "Working On" list you can also be on the waiting list. If you have any questions, you may ask in this thread.

I have a question about a possible request.

Ive been going all over the place for a real simple request. I dont care how detailed it is as long as its better than what i can do. I have been trying to find someone who can make some baggy khaki shorts and a baggy red t-shirt and maybe nike shoes.. I am trying to make my b/f into an avi. I already edited the base and his hair. And i have a pic of the clothes..

I dont want to order if you are not interested in doing it.
