It's saying one of the system files is corrupted, but I described what's going on to my Dad (who is a computer tech guy) and he said it sounds like a hardware malfunction. >.<

Not a clue, it'll depend on what's wrong with it. If it's a hardware problem I might need to get a new laptop altogether. >.< If it's software than my Dad can probably fix it somehow.

My screen is telling me that my "System" file is missing or corrupted so it won't let window's start. And when I go to reload it, it blue screens when it starts loading window's from the CD.
