smile I'm not aromantic but for those who are, would you want to be in a committed non-romantic relationship?
And for some of you who think this way, why do you personally disapprove of the descriptor "queerplatonic" ?
I can see myself doing that if I ever manage to meet the right person. I'm very very close to my best friend, so much we consider each other siblings, so I guess that's a similar sort of relationship.
And I think they're taking issue with the term because they think it's superfluous and just another way to describe a "friend" though the term actually describes a relationship that transcends simple friendship and is more like a scenario your first question implied.
