Whether you are pretty or ugly, it doesn't matter.
I think the reason why people abuse you is because they think you are weak.
Stand up for yourself.
Fight back and let them know you aren't going to be treated like s**t.
I'm sorry this has happened to you, I just wish that these people could go die in a deep, dark hole.

You've made this an issue on your looks which is incredibly stupid.
Every girl of every size has similar problems to your's.
"Oh, look at the lonely fat girl. I'll be nice and befriend her."
"Oh, she's so plain looking...maybe I'll look a little more unique next to her."
I know fat girls that get taken advantage of because boys practice their moves on "uglier" girls before moving onto "prettier" girls.
So please, don't place the blame on your beauty, it makes you appear superficial and vain.

With that being said: don't just rely on self-defense classes.
Carry around pepper spray, or a rape whistle (hell, carry around both).
In college, you'll probably dress more professionally (you don't have to, but it'd be a nice thing to implement into your outfit).
I suggest working out too, build up some muscle, get some Michelle Obama arms (again, if you want. Working out has helped me boost my self esteem a tad, and you look tougher).
