It has no tags, so if someone has gotten it to drop (even from back when Star Gazing was first released) it was never listed on the MP.

Right?! I understand it's a rare drop but the odds of getting it should roughly be the same as Cygnus. Maybe it's not at all included on Star Gazing's drop list for for this event? :V Darn I was hoping Divine Gatekeeper would join the other illuminated items on the price drop >3>
