Is there a game you've spent endless hours playing?

Any game(s) you've played for several hours straight because it was so addicting? I've played many games, but I don't think I've ever spent much time on one as much as I did with Fallout NV.
Mom thought I was doing drugs or something cause I would be locked up in my room all day and night, mindlessly playing. rofl

So many came to mind! The first game I ever felt engaged with for endless hours was Super Smash Bros Melee on the GameCube! I loved that game on the missions and just split screen battles with my friends, HOURS of fun! Most recently I'd say Animal Crossing NH - I logged an insane amount of hours on that during the covid times and even when life resumed, I continued playing as much as I could until my island was finished.

MapleStory might be the longest one, as I've been playing on and off for literal years. But I also put a lot of time into Destiny 2 as of late, and I have hours wracked up in Terraria, Starbound and soon to be Risk of Rain 2. I really love games with re-playability like sandboxes, roguelikes, and dungeon crawlers so I do play those a whole lot and they're a lot more fun with friends. I think I sometimes put more hours in when I am with friends though, because it creates endless hours of memories to look back on so it gets sentimental to me in some way, too.

I've clocked in over 999 hours on quite a few of my Pok'e Mon games. Emerald, Platinum, Black 2, Omega Ruby, Ultra Sun, and Shield.

Lineage 2, Gaia, WOW, Guild Wars and Diablo 2 are games that I spent way too much time on when I was little s**t.

Well as of right now Baldur's Gate 3 is definitely one of those games I have put hours in because of the multiple dialogue choices you can make with so many classes/subclasses to choose from.
