Avatar problems

Hey when i go to change my avi it seems to be stuck on the wolf body frame and each time i click the human frame it goes back to the wolf and just shows my human frame without the skin I.E. eyes mouth haqir and bra and underwear. I dunno what happened but it wont allow me to see my avi normally or stay on the human body frame. can someone give me a fix or help for this?
