Should we collect amethyst, ash grey, aqua, wisteria, cirrus, or seafoam as a color?

I believe cirrus is covered in the Thumbelina guide.

I've been contemplating putting together a 'purple items' guide/thread for a few months now. Amethyst purple was my primary collection some years ago, and since its a minor/non-scheme I feel compelled to adopt it (and then eventually absorb all of the other varieties of purple, so I might as well start planning on doing a multiple-page thread.)

Oh is it? I forget to look in guides that have been around a while

I’ve been tempted by the purples too but they are only slightly better than red in that they actually get names. I’ve been tracking lazily new saturn, lavender, and eggplant items for a while if you want those lists.

Maybe I should just be putting these lists that need love in the guild so people can pick them up or add to them...

in fact the reason why i haven't been updating the color guides is because they've all been tagged properly. the whole reason to have guides is to have things be more searchable right?

I feel like there's always a chance that something does get mistagged. There is also the problem with tags following into the next recolor and inflating results.

I like color guides as a condensed list of items rather than the MP. That's also why I prefer the style with just icons instead of names. But this is of course all my personal preference and view and anyone is allowed to do anything they wish=^.^=

Anyone has an idea on which tag I could look for pink and blue shades matching with "Lyra / Lyrae"?

It seems to be tagged "gliese / kepler / vega" but... they doesn't seem to be pretty much used thought I have the feeling I did see them before. So any similar shades which looks nice with it would work smile

I was wondering why sootberry was added to the blue master list. There is a sootberry guide already. Not sure if its updated or not since the last post was last year.

The names of them are new to the recent items but I didn't find any really good matches last time I looked for them. I'll try looking again now that there are new items but each color is just a little unique from ones that are currently on the site

I believe this was a one off user scheme. Possibly using some of the colors from comet and other currently available starry schemes

I see. Hopefully, we will see some nice matching ones as "Gaia's" recolors in CIs or even in the gold shops (or golden catch? or is it gatcha *is always mixing them*) soon. Even if it's just the blue shade or the pink shade, it would be really useful. Because right now, all I can see is using white and themselves together sad

Anyone has an idea on which tag I could look for pink and blue shades matching with "Lyra / Lyrae"?

It seems to be tagged "gliese / kepler / vega" but... they doesn't seem to be pretty much used thought I have the feeling I did see them before. So any similar shades which looks nice with it would work smile

I was actually asked to name the individual colours in Lyra - the colours were not pulled from existing Gaia colours/items even though they do bear resemblance to some of them
