A most excellent guide! Here's what I can contribute:

Red Pink Flame Spiral Tattoo Pink Ink x 1 + Red Ink x 1 + 50 Gold

Purple Blue Flame Spiral Tattoo Purple Ink x 1 + Blue Ink x 1 + 50 Gold

I'm not sure if you already have this one but I'll submit it since it uses Pink Ink
Blue Pink Dragon Bottom Tattoo Blue Ink x 5 + Pink Ink x 1 + Gold Ink x 1

UPDATE!

Halo Chest and Back are 5x Gold Ink + 100 gold.
Anhk (Back only) is 5x Gold Ink + 200 gold.

Blue Pink Dragon Bottom is 5x Blue, 1x Pink, 1x Gold, 200 gold.

I have at least 6 of every ink, so this should theoretically be every tattoo.

I personally think that this is the best thread for tattoos yet - it's organized extremely well. Now all you need are models for everything! With all the clothing removed, as well. The other guide with a few models irritated me a bit because you couldn't actually fully see the tattoos.
