Wow I forgot my own item. Go me.

You should try using the Angel's Piercing or the Bewere cutter...

I just bought Final Kick and it only makes the red bit at the top gold with the bewere cutter. The Angel’s piercing does nothing. And neither does The Surgeon. I will figure this out xd

EDIT: the red version is the non cutter pose from Spica Kick! ❤️

I just tried with https://www.gaiaonline.com/marketplace/itemdetail/10555857 and it's working for me?

Edit: The colors are going to be different on Final Kick, and Spica Kick is only one pose, and changes from blue to red.

Just a side note: the Princess Kaguya item is not Sailor Moon related; it’s actually Japanese lore.

The tale of Princess Kaguya is about a bamboo cutter and his wife finding a baby girl from a bamboo stalk and raising her as their own daughter. The item description mentions this story in specific. She is a moon princess by Japanese standards, but is not in any fashion related to Sailor Moon. The fact that there is Snow Princess Kaguya in the series is also beside the point, as that character is based on an entirely different Japanese lore.

This item's description directly references SM:S1's second closing song.

“ An ancient legend speaks of a young girl found sleeping inside a stalk of bamboo. She was profoundly tiny, but quickly grew into a beautiful woman - soon revealed to be the fair-haired princess of the moon...” is the item description. Where is the Season 1 closing song referenced?

All I see is a really wonderful nod to the Japanese tale of Princess Kaguya.

Which is: A bamboo cutter named Sanuki no Miyatsuko discovers a miniature girl inside a glowing bamboo shoot. Believing her to be a divine presence, Miyatsuko and his wife decide to raise her as their own, calling her "Princess". The girl grows rapidly and conspicuously, marveling her parents and earning her the nickname "Takenoko" (Little Bamboo) from the other children in the village.- it was also an amazing movie by the super talented Haiyo Miyazaki.

The SDPlus Doll is a different item. I only included the doll, not the full item.

Even the doll is Japanese lore related. If you read or understand the legend of Kaguya you’d also understand that she’s a moon princess as well. Sailor a moon isn’t the only moon princess.

I should know - I’m Japanese in descent. These stories aren’t taken lightly in my culture. We love our anime, but not all references to a moon princess has to mean a reference to sailor Moon - especially on an item that’s very obviously Japanese lore based.

It’s like considering all hamburgers and hamburger nostalgia to be solely McDonald’s when we all know there’s other burger joints out there. Sure, that’s a stretch, but that’s just a idiom to help get my point across.

No one is saying the doll isn't representing the true reference of the tale of Princess Kaguya, your continued replies about this read to me that you're saying that this guide is stating that every item in here is solely a Sailor Moon reference item. This isn't the case at all, that's specifically why `Hydro has the note about the description in that section.

One of the recolors I've done, which hasn't been added yet, is from an item that is originally intended to reference the series "The Dark Crystal". By your reasoning, it shouldn't then be included even though I used a ticket to recolor it to be more helpful for cosplay avatars? The majority of these items, which others use on avatars to design their own original senshi or as accurate as possible cosplay a character from the series, would then not be here in the guide.

An artist at the time obviously had a bit of creative fun with the description (using a partial song lyric from the 2nd ending of the Japanese release from the 90s) and the extra pose on the item (rabbit eating a onigiri). While it's been a number of years since I've read the full translated story of Princess Kaguya (and please don't quote me with the summary that has been posted above) I'm not remembering anything about the latter in that story.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Sailor Moon series took some inspiration from both the tale of Princess Kaguya as well as the Greek myth of Endymion and Serenity. That's the wonderful thing about tales, they change via word of mouth, text and location. Each artist is allowed their own take on material, while the original (or what we know as original) still remains.

So to recap/tl;dr - no one in this guide is saying that the tale of Princess Kaguya doesn't exist nor that the doll isn't referring to that story.

Another one that works nicely is the Angelic Lace. I use it for my Sailor Saturn design.
