You have a higher chance of getting a good item, and the best items, as far as I know, can only be gotten by answering correctly through all four phases. The short answer is yes, but the long is no because you will most likely get a cheap item from any RIG 80% of the time. I've opened 9 Valefor's and answered correctly, I only got 1 item worth more than 150k, the rest were 15-40k.

Thanks for visiting and using the Guide. Good luck next time, unfortunately Bad Book is one of the high chance items in Healing Magic. The Healing Magic Ticket is just bad in general though, so far the good items only come from Engineering, Anthropology, Dueling and Dark Magic, in that order.
