I was gone from GAIA for a REALLY long time, then I cam back to the inflation and zOMG being gone (which was honestly the only reason I came back). This was super helpful!

Maybe but you know it's a difficult feat. There are many suggestions, but I'm waiting to see what he has in mind.

Add that steady inflation is good for the economy, I guess? HAHAHA kidding. Wouldn't know if it works here in Gaia too. I'll think of more ideas ....gotta frame those econ concepts to the Gaia-verse first.

Nope, Reason is because their solution is to just toss even more money in, instead of what the comic suggested which is remove money from system and STOP gold generator items.

Introducing a new currency to help the inflated one is... Well, my sister described it like giving a paralyzed person a wheelchair. It won't cure their legs, but it will help them get around. mrgreen

I wouldn't mind a second currency that is less inflated. It's not a permanent solution, but it would be nice to list stuff on the marketplace without having to count the digits five times to make sure you're not underprizing it... sweatdrop

Gaian's get around the market place, buy selling items in fourms. I wonder if they have taken that into acount. Personally I think they still need to do gold sinks/item sinks. They should bring back to one xmas event style where we had to feed items into the machine.

My friends and I have been discussing wether to liquidated expensive items now or wait and see what the fix will actually do.
