I know you're no longer being supported on Firefox but can you at least fix the thing on it so we can actually see a drop down arrow? Firefox users can't even log out anymore.

^This please! I have chrome as a backup browser but I prefer using Firefox because chrome freezes on me. I just want to be able to logout and see the gold that I have earned.

Ditto, though I only like it on Firefox because it's easier to have multiple accounts on there without having to install an addon to keep my passwords safe. It seems like they may be supporting Firefox again, since they had removed the link to it and for a while, you couldn't even find it when searching for addons, but now it's back. I just hope this is a sign that it's going to be updated again, eventually, though a confirmation one way or the other would be nice.

It's working fine on Chrome. However, since my Chrome freezes constantly, I can't use it. I mainly use Firefox and that's where I'm having header issues. sweatdrop

Hey folks, I actually booted up my browser this morning, and or some reason, the information on the BG app is broken. It recognizes it as downloaded and added to Google Chrome, however it has long since ceased all function on the browser. I imagine there's probably a quick fix in uninstalling it and then redownloading it, but I thought I should bring this to light first.

I can't use Chrome because it locks up on my computer, and I heavily rely on a lot of my Firefox addons when browsing the internet.

If there isn't a Firefox fix, I'm just going to have to stop using Bettergaia, period.

Hi, uhm, I am new to BetterGaia and I am having problems getting the background and the header to change. I have Google Chrome, but I can't find where to change the "instant update".

Chrome is better anyway. If it's not working for you then you're doing something wrong.

Clear the cache like so:
Three bars on the top right corner
Scroll to history
Hit Clear Browsing Data and set it for The Beginning of time.

If that doesn't work:
Manually uninstall chrome in your control panel in windows.
Go to the chrome website: Here download the newest version and install.

Make sure your flash plugin is up to date by going to the adobe website Here

That doesn't help much with older computers, who can't handle Chrome's million processes and rampant resource hogging.

It's a common complaint amongst people who don't have the money to shell out for the most recent hardware, and not just because "lol ur doin it wrong."

Not to mention that if you have the right addons for Firefox, and the right tweaks, you can easily make it faster than Chrome by a long shot, by blocking a lot of the stuff that likes to leech life out of the system.

Ten year old craptop handles chrome just fine. If you do basic computer maintenance that ANYONE should know in this day and age, your computer can handle it. Or use Chromium, stripped down chrome and it still runs addons.

Because all computers are built equal. Same parts, same compatibilities, same programs, same, same same.

There are a ton of reasons issues can pop up, and it's not just because "lol i didnt clear the cashe i am a dubm XD."

Either way, I hardly see how it's a detriment to you or that it would even matter that people want the option, unless you're Chrome's PR dept or something.

If you mean having the image in the header isn't changing, it's because there's a ongoing CI sale and that header always takes precedence. Otherwise, the Instant Updating option is on the About page in BG settings.

Can anyone take a screen of what it looks like in Chrome now? I might start doing research to see if all my Firefox addons are available for it, and switch browsers just to see my damn gold if it looks nice enough. Otherwise I'll deal with it because the shortcuts and centered site are imperative.
