When I open the Chrome extension I'm not able to change anything on "Home". I'm also not able to switch to any of the other settings.

Here's an issue: Whenever I'm on the "add/view comments" page of a profile, I lose all of my custom settings. The background, header, post formats and etc all return to default (I have post formatting enabled for profile comments.) I just experienced this today.

My background is doing that silly thing were it flashes for a few seconds before returning to the grey/symbol default one. It was working just fine yesterday.

actually im having the same problem as mew
when i disable bettergaia and refresh repeatedly on my gaia, it doesnt do that, but when i have it enabled it takes a few refreshes until it fixes itself and im able to make a status

It could be that BG is causing a loading problem for Gaia's Status JavaScript. I'm not sure since I don't experience this when I use Chrome (BG enabled), but I do know that without the JavaScript for it that's what the status looks like. So it's definitely a JS issue.

I am using BG with Chrome and have been experiencing the same status update issue for a while now. If it is a JavaScript problem, is there a way for it to be fixed?
