[What I get on any BetterGaia affected page]
Settings are obviously turned on to show chatbar,
as it shows up in comments (and probably anywhere else BG doesn't effect).

Did you enable the option to hide the footer by accident? BetterGaia settings > Style > Forum, the last option.

How do I use the Autoformat on BetterGaia for Chrome??
There's no TextBefore and TextAfter like in the the Gaia Toolbar.

Instead of making unnecessary steps to use the auto format, you just need to type in the complete format.

In other words, place your TextBefore, a few blank lines to know where to write later, and then your TextAfter.

It's funny, I'm asking you this and it formats the post.
Great work on the extension.
I have an idea though. Maybe you could make a BetterGaia Lite?

The -one- thing I can't get used to is not having the "Submit" button at the top of the box across from "Post a Reply" like Gaia has it.

Is there something I can do to restore this button? I use it for most of my posts everyday since I bump tons of threads.

I am using Chrome, Firefox 3.x, and Pale Moon [Firefox 4 type]

Thank you for replying and trying to help, but I'm not talking about "quick reply" at all.

In "Booty Grab" the bump/reply links from signatures do not link to Quick Reply, they link to normal Reply, and just like clicking "Quote" the Submit and Preview buttons in BetterGaia appear once at bottom of text-type window, making me scroll to get to them no matter what browser I use. With the original layout, I just click whambulance, submit, and go, with no scrolling.

I sound lazy, but for me having that Submit button right where it was, was better.

Hey all!

As you know, we recently completed BetterGaia for Chrome, with its new design and features, yes, even newer than those in BG for Firefox. You can find BG for Chrome here.

Since it seemed neglectful of us to leave our Firefox users out of the loop, we've been updating BG and just submitted the update to be approved.

But if you don't want to wait, you can go ahead and update right here. This version should be numbered 0.2011.6.20.

I'm kinda liking the update, and kinda not at the same time.

I wanna say I'm not really liking the latest update to the graphics. In the last version they were mellow and maybe even a little minimalistic. Now they seem to be popping and IN YOUR FACE. Example, the sectional headers on the My Gaia page. Did they really need to be that big and black? Not only is the style not in keeping with the rest of the page, but they're a bit of an eyesore. I definitely liked the style of the last version better. 3nodding

Since I filed a complaint I should also file something I like. I like the styling you did to the area with the thread title. But would it be possible to give us the option of changing those colors, too? I don't think I missed the setting in the options menu. I would like to change it, if possible, so it will better sync with the colors I use for the rest of the page. ^-^
