Would it be too much to ask for a list of legmods by skintone?

I'm specifically trying to find fitting black skintone to match Black Body Dye but very few support black skintone legs it seems, and even less the right shade of black.

Most items will support some shade of black, idk why it's so hard to find legs...

It's not linked (I don't have the time, unfortunately), but it does have the full item name so it should still be pretty easy to use. Here's the black specific page: Black.

The shading might still be off a bit. Older items, like black body dye, have a slightly different shading and outlining style than some of the newer items and it doesn't always match 100%. sweatdrop

Admittedly, though, you're right: there aren't a lot of true black mods. There's definitely more offblack, which is sad.

Yeah it's... Been a struggle. Most arms have either white or an off-white that's close enough, and a fair majority have white or off-white legs, but when it comes to black 90% of the black is varying shades of off-black but there are almost no black legs and most of the ones that exist do varying shades of off-black.

just a lil question, im wondering does this have any fantasy leg mods within it? or will that be another guide. im talking like, ghostly legs etc

It does! I might be missing one or two, but you'll find most of them in the anthro page under ghost/djinn and skeletal and undead.

the astro liner legmod seems to be robotic, though im not sure if thats just spacesuit/armor

Thanks! I think the first time I considered it, the boots threw me off... but that really does look like a robot torso/legs wearing extremely tall (and distracting) boots the more that I look at it. I'll get that added shortly~

happy to help! and yeah, the "boots" are a bit confusing, but i think it is just some sort of leg belt that makes it look like the top of a boot.

I think you might be missing Pin Problem—popped in to look up the legmod for an ask in What's That Item? and couldn't find it in minimal coverage where I thought it would be, but ended up finding it in the avatar builder. Not sure if I just missed it or it's not in your list, but thought I'd let you know

Aw. Thank you! I'll take a look, but I think Pin Problem is under bottoms+shoes. There was some shading on there that kinda looked like pockets and a zipper if I remember correctly... but I also could've missed it when I was reorganizing. It happens. rofl

Not necessarily! I can't find the quote, but an artist or two have told us before that sometimes details are removed from the thumbnail because it just gets too cluttered and hard to figure out what something is. It can sometimes be misleading. gonk They're usually right. Other times, though... it can be weird.

But with Hanged Woman, Cheshire Grin should remove everything but the bloomers from the legs. It's the one and only cutter that will work. .
