Forum subscription page update

The forum subscribed thread listing page will now display posts that had been blocked so they can be unsubscribed.

The change accidentally started displaying blocked topics on other parts of the forum. That bug is now fixed. Sorry for the confusion. sweatdrop

Avatars in the fishing game had also been fixed today.

It was introduced during the Easter event, but so many of you were busy collecting eggs! Now YOU have the power to host your own battle event: make your own theme, adjust the attack/healing ratios, or just fight for what you believe in!

Android payment fixed

There's a server issue that caused some Android payments to fail for the past few days, the problem had been fixed and the GCash for all failed transactions had been granted. Thank you for your patience.

Project Custom Rules Update

Due to recent events, we are no longer able to accept orders containing parodies. You may still use the item name and description to make references but the design of the item may not be a parody.

If an order is accepted and later found out to contain a parody design, the order will be canceled with no option for refund or any form of compensation.

This only applies to Project Custom (not Project Recolor) and only to orders that have not yet been accepted. Existing items will not be affected.

Fanime 2019 Gathering

We had a big boo-boo and did not have an official Gaia panel registered with Fanime this year. crying Instead we will be having a Gaia meet up this Sunday, May 26.

Come hang out with fellow Gaians, as well as Gaia artists and staff members, including me! Attendees will receive code for redeeming the 2019 convention package and Gaia artwork give-aways, as well as raffle prizes!

Fanime Meet up Location Update

Sorry we had just changed the time and location for our meet up at Fanime. The meet up will be held at Sunday, May 26 at 3pm, at location G7 (The Slab). It's located between the video rooms and Hilton.

PS - There's a chance of shower on Sunday! There should be a bit of shade but be sure to bring an umbrella just in case. sweatdrop

Gaia Help Center

Unfortunately, we have had some issues with our Help Center with you being unable to submit/update tickets. We are working with the Help Desk provider and hopefully it should be back up A.S.A.P.

Gaia Runway Free Entry Day

We recently made a few changes to Gaia runway which caused a bug which made all Runway entries free to enter, so feel free to take advantage of the opportunity to enter the GCash contest for free! sweatdrop

Things will return to normal starting tomorrow.

PS - we also fixed a few bugs this week:
- Embedded links in forum or guild posts will not strip away anchor information
- Older event forums are now public
- Deleting favorites are fixed
- Deleting blocked subscribed threads are fixed
- Guild posting stick or announcements bug fixed

Salon Durem Fixed for Paw Base

Fanime Meet Up Location Change

For those who are attending the Gaia meet up at Fanime, the location had been changed to an indoor location due to the weather.

The new meet up location is the South Hall, where the swap meet is held. You can spot the location on google map through this link:
